GuRu : if there was a lot of read/write operations on your hdd and as you write – you’ve reinstalled your os several times and formatted your hdd… there is nearly zero chance to recover your data… simply – it was too many times zeroed (overwritten)..
You can try Runtime GetdataBack for Fat/NTFS (choose on which filesystem is your partition) or Ontrack Easy Recovery.
