    Cracked means fixed, enabling you to use application beyond its trial period!

    just copy and paste Patch which is included into the correct folder, in this case the folder with nuber 3 in it. instructions below, hope this helps you!

    copy the patch in the installation folder usually” C:\Program Files\VSO\ConvertX\3″ patch it and you’re done.You can delete the patch after.

    @ pAbLoEsCo

    Add the file you want to convert.
    In the left hand window, click the + sign against the file, then the + sign against “Image processing” and make sure the checkbox against “Fit to screen…” is UNCHECKED (do NOT check it)

    In the menus, go to Settings, then Image processing.
    Click the “TV Format” tab
    Under “TV Screen”, make sure you DON’T select “4:3 (Fullscreen)”; you should try “16:9 (Widescreen)” first, and if it still doesn’t work out, try “Automatic”

    With those settings, there shouldn’t be any cropping.

    Why the hell would anyone want to convert divx to dvd? ALl dvdplayers in market support divx and can play all formats other than HD. I anyway use xbox360 for all streaming from pc since now it also supports divx. ONly need to convert x264 HD movies to Divx to play.

  32. I Hate H.264
    March 24th, 2008 | 19:53

    How come none of these converters seem to handle H.264 properly? So far I haven’t found anything decent to convert H.264 files directly to DVD. I’d like to make DVDs that I can display on my TV so that the whole family can watch. ConvertX handles some H.264 files but not all. DVDSanta converts most of them but the scanning features are compromised (when you come out of 2x+ play, it skips to the start of the next chapter). I even looked into Roxio but it has to convert H.264 into some other format before it turns it into DVD format. Any suggestions?

    http://www.digital-digest.com/software/GOTSent.html

    It converts HD .x264 mkv files to mp4 and compatible to play on 360 or ps3. The process is fully automated once u input the mkv file. Although some chk boxes are there to make files more compatible. I got atleat 99% success with only one movie not playing on 360

  40. Arsalan
    March 24th, 2008 | 20:37

    @psycho360,
    As mentioned, I’ve already used that software and even though I had good success rate, its still not 100%. Yesterday I converted 4 files (3 720p and 1 1080p) and only one of them played on Ps3. All others show up as “Corrupted Data”.

  41. psycho360
    March 24th, 2008 | 21:00

    @pablo

    The prog im’ referring to is called GOTSent which converts mkv hd files to mp4 so those can b played on 360 or ps3.

    @arsalan
    Which version r u using the latest is 023 B12. Also u hv to make it safe sync and split > 4gb. I guess 360 has better compatibility with divx as i converted DH4, POC, and numerous HD episodes of lost, Ashes 2 ashes etc to watch thru 360.

  44. heinzy
    March 24th, 2008 | 21:24

    If the SQUNK crack doesn’t work, i recommend installing the NeoX version with keygen. That one works fine. ;)

    @Arsalan, in those cases where gotsent fails perhaps try PS3 Video9, http://www.redkawa.com/, it has, amongst others, a .mkv pass-thru profile that merely changes the container from .mkv to .mp4. however, the audio is being converted to a 2 channel 160 mp3. Alternately you could opt for re-encoding the video using the AVC 720p profile. It will take much longer but it should work 100%.
    Hope this helps.

  45. heinzy
    March 24th, 2008 | 21:26

    “Alternately” should read “alternatively”

    @ pAbLoEsCo
    OK, tried V3. It looks more complex. Anyway, when you’ve added a file, click the the + sign against Titleset, then the + sign against “Video”. Double click “TV Screen…”, you can choose Full Screen or Widescreen. Try each, but I’m pretty sure “Widescreen will be what you want. You’ll also see a TV-screen icon to the right, just before the green icon with the tick. Double-click the TV icon and you’ll have options to exactly crop to your original image.
    I just tried it and it worked fine for me.
    Good luck.

    No, “ALL” DVD players do not support Divx.

    Craaaaap…
    Did a test on an xvid movie and it undersized it by like 800 megs for a dvd… And it looked like craaaaap…

    If you really want excellent (the best actually) results.. and actually understand what you are doing… and it only takes maybe 20-30 minutes longer… use this method:

    http://forum.videohelp.com/topic222898.html

    I’ve been using this method for almost 2 years now and nothing.. NOTHING I’ve ever used (except maybe avi2dvd using the dsroba method (which uses CCE)) has even come close to the quality achieved….

    :) :P

    Rapidshare link contains trojans, have yet to figure out which exactly. Trying to remove them first so my computer works again. The trojan(s) are contained in the patch and the patch crashes, probably because it is putting trojans on one’s computer. I have a solution!
    I too got the trojans - bad - with the irritating blue wallpaper and the fake alert pop ups. It took some trial and error, but then I found a great FREE program that removes them all!
    Download SUPERAntiSpyware from http://www.superantispyware.com
    and run it in normal mode. Reboot when asked and that’s it.
    You’ll find out that the trojans are gone, but there are some dead leftovers: the blue wallpaper and the disabled task manager. Delete the file default.htm from the c:\windows folder (that’s the blue wallpaper image) and download and run the EnableTM registry key from http://windowsxp.mvps.org/reg/EnableTM.reg
    I hope this works for you too, saved me a reformat

    As soon as I ran the keygen Windows defender and McAfee alerted me to a trojan and now my computer is messed up. WTF?

    This one appears to be clean:-
    Power.Video.Converter.1.5.57.13.WinAll.Incl.KeyGen-NeoX.rar
    from http://uploaded.to/?id=2gmkxl

    So does this:
    Power.Video.Converter.v1.5.57.13.WinAll.Cr4cked-SQUNK.rar from http://netload.in/datei8f72ce417376f5053d9f8cc6adb9ca8d/Power.Video.Converter.v1.5.57.13.WinAll.Cr4cked-SQUNK.rar.htm

    Both of these were from the “shareonall” links posted by Nyr @29.

    I have been getting a lot of viruses through here lately, shame on all the malicious posters!!!

    Pretty annoyed as I certainly do have trojan horses on my computer post install of this crap. My taskbar also disappeared. I should have read the comments on here beforehand. Also, the program is glitchy and never actually converts the video.

    Word to the wise - dont download.

    @98 - According to AVAST 4.8, the netload.in file contains the Trojan = win32:Delf-JTM in the patch.exe
