I beleave Big mike put it best when he asked underoath two years ago if it wasn't true that Punk music was about offending people. Underoath said yeah that is what punk music has always been about. Big Mike then asked then how can there be Christian Punk?!?. Now one of the guys I thnk the key boardest stated correctly. What Do you think Christians do to a lot of people that are not christians…

Man. I am a Christian. I love Christian Punka and a Lot of Christian metal. POD is not metal I will agree they are more of an alternative band gone pop. they have created some really good Lyrics and I love listening to there songs. However if you really dig into what christian metal is all about (Bride, Stryper, Detritus, Living Sacrifice) you would understand Christian metal a little bit more. Even Project 86 vocalist said that Christian Music wasn't always positive music. A lot of the first 4 Project 86 CDs came off very dark and Negative.

Christian metal gives me a reason to not conform to what the world is looking for in a Christian. and most Christian metal and punk fans are not affraid to speak there beliefes and are mostly the less jugdmental of the Christian Faith. Because we understand the way the lost feel about this thing. Which is why we promote our faverite bands.
