Plot: Lem is just an average teenager working on getting the girl and furthering his career at the local planetarium – except that he’s an alien. At least to U.S. astronaut Captain Charles T. Baker who lands on Lem’s planet hoping for a quick flag plant and a hasty return to earth and his millions of screaming fans. But on this alien planet the media has tagged spacemen as brain-eating, zombie-creating monsters, causing Baker to run for his life and into Lem’s house. Now it’s up to the green native to get the clumsy astronaut back to his spaceship before military dictator General Grawl and mad scientist Professor Kipple manage to exterminate the Earthly visitor.

    Thx for this. Judging by sample the video is great and the sound is a little rough but definately watchable. Best out there at the moment.

    So there’s apparently a Noir version, r95 or x95 or whatever version, devise and vision.

    Devise and Vision have same 160kbps line audio specs, just different video bitrates. Are they from same source? In other words, is it really worth it to download a 2CD vision version for an R5 with LINE audio, or just skip it and get the Devise 1CD version for now until DVD comes out later on? Are both versions equally watchable or are other versions better? Samples are fine, but seeing if anyone’s watched through or can just say which is better. So far this thread is a few people asking questions and 90 rapidshare posts.

    Video on Devise version is really watchable… Audio is just about okay for an R5, but could be a lot better… but really, most R5s are usually not worth downloading, right? Thanks for legit links though… one for the children…

    I have just finished watching the Xr5 version and both audio and video were really good the only thing I noticed was the russian speaking in the credits not much though and anyway it was nothing.

    Thanks, I am MORE than happy with the smallest size R5 possible. I like those bad rmvb 200-300mb cam rips too. mwahahhaa. i’m weird, artefacts are fine by me lol

    i dont like R5 releases.. Audio is not good …

    R5′s are russian early release DVD’s the contain the video should be almost r1/r2 retail quality (not enhanced or cleaned up) the audio is russian (because its for the russian market)

    so for the rest of us, the groups have to sync the audio from available english cams & Ts’s to the R5 video.

    Its not the R5 releases fault.
