Aikido is a pure defense martial art. Which means that there are no attacks taught in this art. Steven Seagal is a 7th Dan Black Belt as well as the first &(probably)only anglo that is officially credited to run an Aikido dojo in Japan! So, you may be correct in the useless Bar Brawl sense of term “Fighting” but its obvious that you don’t have a clue beyond that.

4 Black and White bits,they happen just after the ,This is the property warnings but only last 5 seconds..Not bad for Segal better story than usual, and he seems to do a lot more of his fight scenes.Bit over the top shoot out at the end .Still worth a watchB)

I have comcast also.
I have to limit my upload to 40-50 kb/ps or they throttle it down to nothing.

But as long as u limit your upload and leave your client and PG2 running , your ratio will go up..

thats one reason i appreciate the yastorage and flyupload links

I just watched this movie, and I hate to say it was horrible. I can’t believe Steven Seagal just keep doing these movies. The olds were good, but it’s been down hill ever since.

@60 What do you mean Comcast prevents seeding? You are full of it! I’ve had Comcast for years and have never had problems seeding! Sounds like you just like to take what you can get and not give anything back! It’s people like you that ruin these sites for the rest of us!
