Pinnacle Studio Plus 11
my serial number is JBKSH-AGAAF-POPOP-WVUXL-BFYNW
my passport key is 00089-56933-75100-03941-18786
Studio worked fined with older Sony camcorder DCR HC17E but now with a new Handycam DCR SX-40 I receive a message that I need to activate Dolby 2CH.
When trying to follow the instructions I have used the activation key from above (correct one when I have installed Studio Plus 11) I get the message “Someone else has already used this serial number to register this product”.
PLEASE HELP – what to do ???
