The best movie group in the scene brought a great movie back online. “Perfume The Story of a Murderer” was a great book and the movie is also nice played with Dustin Hoffman in the second main role. I recommend this to people who missed the previous pretty good release by DMT. DiAMOND reveals that there was something wrong with the screen… read NFO. People who have read the book and think that this is crap should still watch the movie and see how nice it was brought to screen. Enjoy!

d/l grabit (gets the files)
winrar (extracts the files etc)
quickpar (repairs any missing blocks in files)
open an account with http://www.newzbin.com
open an account with newsdemon
setup grabit with your newsdemon account info (do a grouplist update)
goto newzbin and d/l what ya want, grabit d/l’s the files
then when you want to open files go into folder open the quickpar files for that group (it repairs if needed) Then click on one of the rars and extract.
Voila your done
Also theres a great programme called dldone (freeware) that extracts and rars automatically to any specified folder)

DiAMOND is the best for several reasons: QUALITY (axxo is way behind on this one, on both video and audio), TIMING (nuff said, DiAMOND delivers quality b4 most… axxo is waaaay behind on this one, since they use scene releases to rip to lower quality) and SELECTION (u know what i mean…). Plus, DiAMOND delivers much more regular like DoNE, for instance, who are also grrreat!

never had a problem with axxo! plus they always compress the movie to more or less 700mb which is a benefit when you have 500+ movies on your drive. audio was always perfect which i cannot say with diamond releases. diamond audio is all over the place and they should spend time doing proper encoding and not trying to rush their release as soon as possible. axxo duplicates? as well they should when others can’t do their shit properly the first time. i still download diamond releases but always delete them once axxo replacements come up - never been disappointed with their work.
and to those naysayers putting down axxo video quality - i dare you all to compare an axxo rls with any other 2cd release and show me where these differences occur! axxo uses magic to smooth those pixels out.

PPL on http://www.vcdquality.com are saying that all sexual scenes in this version are censored or blurred.
Also in NFO file provided by diamond it sais:
“Unlike the previous release, this has english credits as well as english and thai subs.”
They said, “THAI SUBS”. So THAI subs can only be presented if they ripped from some THAI DVD. Maybe (I am not for sure) sexual scenes are forbidden by the laws of that country.

drunkyduck is correct, in The Kingdom of Thailand, sex scenes are forbidden, most nudity in general is as well. They sometimes get away with it in ‘arty’ local production and pretty much always for non official releases i.e. pirated DVD and VCD’s.
For anyone who still cares about this movie, I thought it was pretty good, though I admit to not having read the book. It is a fairly well told tale/fable, on what I think is was a small budget, and though I thought there’d be more to the “mysterious art of enflourage” (did I spell that right?), it didn’t really hurt the movie.
However, the blur on the nudity completely ruined the movie experience for me. Otherwise worth downloading.
For people who want a review and not a wankfest over Diamond and Oxo.
The book of course is always going to be better but my girlfriend read the book well over ten years ago and she enjoyed it so to all you book lovers out there, relax.
The quality of the movie suffers from some weird blurring out of nipples and boobs in places and it looks like a realy crap job aswell because you do get to see some nipples so whats the point??
Plus the scene at the orgy is ridiculous as Blurr man tries to blur out the entire square. Thank God I dont live in Thailand if thats where this originated from. My porn watching days would trully be numbered, can you imagie what its like trying to watch Basic Instinct??? head wrecking
