    @5: The program doesn't install a file called "rkhit.sys" - that's obviously a virus.

    @9 Revo has better features, works quicker, more comprehensively than any/all of the commercial tools (i've tried them all), plus it's free. revo is the only tool I've tried to completely remove AVG from my machines (google "removing AVG" if you don't know how difficult that can be).
