    I live in Houston and I can say that “elbows” are the dumbest s**t on the road. They look like the spike coming out of Bond’s car in Goldfinger. Then the person who has them typically has a land yacht (Cadillac, Buick, Lincoln) so with the elbows on sometimes they are sticking out of their own lane.
