It’s not important, the main character might be dead or not. ‘Cause he’s not the main character, Paris is the main character. The story is more based on the love between the director and the city.
His story’s just a pretext to express something to the spectator, in the end it’s changes nothing rather he dies or not.

And yeah it’s definitely not a romantic comedy more like an happy drama. It’s a drama but it’s not sad at all (it could be). I can’t really put a name on it.

A lot of french movies are likes that.

This was a very good movie.It had good camera shots of Paris and the plot was good .But one question did he die in the Taxi before getting to hospital or did he make it to the heart transplant operation.Will there be a Paris 2 or Paris the TV series?

This film is worth seeing, but it’s drama, comedy rather than romantic comedy. I saw it the day it was released. Nice film.
