I was getting the idea that the readers here wanted a rock/Heavy Metal post, so here is the very popular Ozzy Osborne mvid ‘I Don’t Wanna Stop’ . Last music post I was not able to find a torrent so the best I could do was that shitty quality flv. This time however, you get full quality with a torrent download. The music video features camera zooms on ozzy’s face, and pans around the band members with a bluescreen generated image in the backgound of fire, bats and general metal stereotype things. Many scenes are blurred together (smoothly) and has little clips of ozzy’s past performances. While the background contains dark, sepia tones, the band members come to life in full color. Don’t Wanna stop features a heavy drum compilation, a wild guitar riff after each verse and an excellent electric guitar solo. The video producers added a frame-skip effect with smooth blending between each that gives an appeal to its target audience. It is surprising that Ozzy sounds so good in this video (maybe due to computer-enhanced voice) and he actually has black hair to cover up his greys. The video source is 480i, and so it is DVD quality except for the much music logo. A little blip at the end though, as the video is cut off leaving the 2 seconds left to your imagination.
I Don’t Wanna Stop is the first single from heavy metal singer Ozzy Osbourne’s 9th studio album, Black Rain. The song was first announced and released through Ozzy’s website. The song was the “theme song” for WWE Judgment Day 2007. Ozzy performed the song on the May 18th, 2007 edition of WWE Friday Night SmackDown!, filmed at the 1st Mariner Arena in Baltimore, Maryland on May 15. The episode aired outside the US on Sky Sports in the UK, FOX8 in Australia, and The Score in Canada also on May 18. The song was also played on BBC 1 on May 25 on Friday Night with Jonathan Ross. It was also performed at the 2nd Vh1 Rock Honors Award Show, followed by “Crazy Train” and “Bark At The Moon”. The song is also the first song to be announced for the in-game soundtrack to Madden ‘08, coming out in August. “I Don’t Wanna Stop” peaked at #61 on the Billboard Hot 100, #54 on the Pop 100 and #1 on the Mainstream Rock Tracks. It is the first song by Ozzy osbourne to ever reach #1 on the Mainstream Rock Tracks.

Nice one on the ozzy vid, advise all fans to check out zakk wylde’s ‘pride and glory’ cd and the many ‘black label society’ cds and dvds. HOW ABOUT POSTING FULL LENGTH MUSIC DVDS? eg Metallica’s ‘Cunning Stunts’(saw them that tour, AMAZING, got this dvd and advise ALL to get it as it ROCKS!) and other full length rock stuff. This would be a HUGE addition to your site.

Hes doing great. A friend of mine’s dad knows him, having co-produced with him. He also just performed recently @ VH1 Rock Honors, and performed great.

Actually this video wasn’t professionally done. Ozzy had a contest on his myspace page. “Who could make the bes Ozzy video from the green screen caps?”
It was done by some guy who has too much time on his hands- and really needs to get a life offline.
