I downloaded the RapidShare links above. They completed just fine, but the file inside is an ISO and I can't extract it due to at least one of the RAR's (part1) being corrupt.
When visiting newtorrents with Google Chrome, you get this:

I downloaded the whole thing again onto a different machine with a different net connection and still get the following error:
"L:\Unsorted\54637888gsdg.part1.rar: Packed data CRC failed in Disc.iso. The volume is corrupt"

I downloaded shinchan's links. They resolve to a single AVI file with the original Mandarin audio and hard-coded English subtitles. The video and audio quality are very good. Thank you, shinchan.
My thanks also to thebestrc for providing the working link to the film on Avistaz. That torrent contains an AVI file with Mandarin audio and English subtitles in SUB/IDX format. English subtitles in SRT format are also available via that link.
