OO PartitionManager Pro v2.0.474 Incl Keymaker-CORE

CORE just released O&O PartitionManager Pro. I’ve used products from O&O before, like their defrag program, and that program really worked well. This one probably works fine too.

O&O PartitionManager is an advanced tool which allows you to split your hard disks into partitions, change their size, and move disks to other locations. The integration of our multiple award-winning O&O SafeErase for deleting the data you no longer need, truly makes this product the only one of its kind. The Start CD from O&O PartitionManager is based on Windows PE. As a result, you’ll be able to extend, shrink or move system partitions without any restrictions and without having to rely on a functioning Windows operating system!

Highlights
- Create, delete, extend and shrink partitions
- For the first time ever, support of all volume types from
Vista and Windows XP, e.g. GPT-, basic and dynamic disks
- Includes leading technologies of O&O Defrag and O&O SafeErase
- Start CD is based on O&O BlueCon
- Supports Vista and Windows XP (32-bit/64-bit)

Unfortunately, the program doesn’t support any RAID arrays on an Intel ICH9R Controller.

Just bluescreens & locks when loading :/

complete garbage, doesn’t even support my RAID_10 array in my intel nitrogen cooled machines that are my database, web, and email file servers so why even release it? anyone who runs a successful business like me will be running a similar setup and will be p!ssed when this software wont even work.

Still have the good old pqmagic 8.0 (before symantec ruined it).

Agree dym – I have the old Partition Magic before Symantec got to it too and it still does all you need if you are resizing or creating new partitions and want to keep data intact.

This release doesn’t have the “Start CD” included, only the “setup.exe” file that installs normally like any other partition manager.

Like 1 said. Gparted is all you need. I started using Gparted recently after being a Partiton Magic user since version 2.
