So if i wanted to use these programs then I first need to install adobe photo shop? Then these plugins will add additional photo editing tools to my adobe photo shop?
@Blobster yes you are correct. They are plug-ins for Adobe Photoshop.
Anyone who knows how to use photoshop can do all of this stuff manually in a just a smidge more time.

this is nice because I am a noob at photoshop. does anyone know any plugins that automatically do the warhol, Roy Lichtenstein, or sin city effect?
I will leech the frame one from my newsreader. Others are good too for newbies and pros everywhere.
Virtual mask is apparently the leading software in masking out images from a background though. It works super too. But I think the threshold of the magic wand in CS3 has been improved quite a big deal so don’t really need the use of them progs. Either that or I’ve been using poor quality images in the past. RAW is the way to go.
