Oceans Thirteen 2007 720p HDDVD x264-SiNNERS
While the whole HD community is waiting for HDDVD of Transformers, this is something that will cut your waiting time. Third and probably the final part of Oceans series is here this time in HD. Released by group SiNNERS, the size of release is standard DVD5 with AC3 5.1 audio. PQ is not very good, as you can see on samples there isn’t a lot of details but maybe it is not rippers fault maybe the source was crap. Anyway download and enjoy.
About Transformers HD, it will be released on October 16 only in HDDVD, but it will come with new AACS key so it will take some time while someone will be able to decrypt it, but we can wait a couple of days more because this movie is going to be best HD experience so far.
The last time we saw Danny Ocean’s crew, they were paying back ruthless casino mogul Terry Benedict after stealing millions from him. However, it’s been a while since they’ve come back together, which is all about to change. When one of their own, Reuben Tishkoff builds a hotel with known casino owner Willy Banks, the last thing he ever wanted was to get cut out of the deal personally by the loathsome Banks. Banks’ attitude even goes so far as to finding the amusement in Tishkoff’s misfortune when the double crossing lands Reuben in the hospital because of a heart attack. However, Danny and his crew won’t stand for Banks and what he’s done to a friend. Uniting with their old enemy Benedict, who himself has a vendetta against Banks, the crew is out to pull off a major plan. One that will unfold on the night Banks’ newest hot spot opens up, when the crew is out to bankrupt one of the city’s most despised businessmen. But they’re not in this for the money, but for the revenge.

any 1 notice the HD torrents on newtorrents are much slower in getting then dvdrips, know one seems to seed them for long.
took me soo long to get halloween HD when id got 100% my raio was already 20
how do u guys burn these hd movies in a dvd disc to get it ready to watch in a home dvd player? can sum1 let me know plz.
yah very slow for both hd and dvdr pretty much everything from newtorrent. When i download very slow i seed very slow. Simple is that
problem is, i bet the seeds use utorrent or sum crappy multitorrent client, periodically giving 50mb to one client every 5 hours, then disconnects and lets that one client spread it alittle, soo the torrent itself slowly dies beacuse people think its never gonna pick up.
If memory serves me right they are in H264 Format and U need a HIGH DEFINETION DVD Player to play these..Or if your TV has an HDMI plug,just plug your computer into your TV
was nice
damn, you guys are slow… this pred hours ago.
just like most posts on here…

Both of the major candidate next-generation optical video disc rival formats deployed in 2006 include the H.264/AVC High Profile as a mandatory player feature—specifically:
* The HD DVD format of the DVD Forum
* The Blu-ray Disc format of the Blu-ray Disc Association
This will point U in the right direction for the DVD Players

imo, nothing should be posted on newtorrents without imdb/nfo button and a full time seeder that stays with the feed intill atleast 5 seeds.
using BitTornado and superseed its very easy and quick to fully distribute a 4gb file.
@gave616, i did google it. and i used convertx to dvd. but quality was lowered. what do u personally use? thx
guys, i have managed to watch 300 in 1080p on my playstation 2 and standard tv. Basically i download the file…(it plays choppy on my pc)…then i use convertxtodvd to convert it which makes the file 4.3g. Then u can just burn it to dvd and it works fine…or mine has n e way. it may ask 4 a dual layer dvd to burn to but if it does just burn it to two dvd.s….obviously worth it. i love it!!! cant believe im wotchin hd on me standard tv.
@15 Its not hd u encoded it down to mpeg2, the resolution became smaller therefore it played on your standard tv and ps2 .
yeah sounds good, am on linux box so using either
Tovid
DeVeDe
ect..
to convert to dvd format.
did anyone else lols at the comment above me?
well looks the same as the original file that i played on my pc which displays hd so if looks the same thats all that matters
@5
you moron, almost everyone uses or suggests Utorrent.
just beacuse it popular don’t mean you ’should’ use it or even like it.
I’m personally not a fan of it, or any multi torrent clients.
basically guys, i probably dont know the exact details to how convertxtodvd works and if it alters an hd file but all i know is if you download a full hd file and use convertxtodvd to burn it to disc then it may not be full hd on your standard tv but it looks loads better than a standard dvd file…trust me….im sad enough to of spent hours trying to get it too work!
This is a great movie and I recommend anyone who has seen the other ones to download it.
haha… why would anyone download 4.4g+ HDrips just to convert them into standard dvd format?… there is a reason why we still got dvdrips you know…
only download HDrips if you got a HDtv or WS lcd monitor, and make sure your PC got enough power to play them.
and about the slow speed..newtorrents is just an public torrent index website, most people limit their upload speed to 3kps max..if you want fast speed google some private torrent websites. download one 4g HD movie in under 20minutes is the way to go haha.
@haha…it doesn’t just convert it to a dvd file duh…. the converted file is still way better than any standard dvd. and why does it matter if its 4g to download…. all u do is press yes and let azureus do the rest….not hard! its all about hd files
about private site i searching for invites to http://www.bit-hdtv.com/signup.php
http://hdbits.org/signup.php
I seed always to ratio 2.0 not much of a problem. If u have some send it to cencikk@interia.pl i have meny invites to blackcats-games.net maybe little trade?
and sorry for my poor engilsz still learning
Ratatouille.DVDRip.XviD-SPiRAL is out guys, please post something about it! Thank u.
I keep reading comments about getting HD on a SD set, its not physically possible, if your SD tv can only display a maximum resolution that is standard def then how can you possibly hope to get a high res image on it… ITS IMPOSSIBLE, stop trying to make it work it wont. or were you planning on dismantaling your TVs and rebuilding them with more lines and pixels?
Why waste all that time download HD when you can’t play it in HD. If you don’t have: a HDTV and/or a PC powerful enough to play HD then just get regular old dvd rips. If you are playing it on your SD tv then it’s not HD anymore is it?
@mropinion, that is not a valid argument there, if it was nobody would be able to watch any material as every kind of display has its own native resolution, fyi there is a term called upscaling and downscaling, google it, you can play hd stuff on an sd set or vice versa, it all depends on the connection you are running and the display capabilites and believe me these hdrips even downscaled on an sd set especially large screens 40″ and above, it looks way way better than standard dvd and colors are alot richer
Yes, i hope rlslog is going to release Transformer: The movie in HD full 1980p, not 720p.
@kasuza, the difference isnt really that big of a deal if your screen isnt above 37″, as a matter of fact, its hard to tell the difference between upscaled 720p and actual 1080p on smaller hd sets, what i look forward to is the full hd dvd vc-1 with the menus and everything, prolly like 30gb-ish like 300
theo, nitpick all u want but a downsampled HD image IS STILL SD!
I’ll say it again you CAN NOT get a high defenition image on a standard defenition TV set.
SD and HD refer to standards regarding picture resolution if you could play HD on SD device then there would be no point in those standards would there?
as for a downsampled HD image looking better than a comercial SD dvd, well thats basically saying your cheap downsampler can do a better job than the movie studios million dolar equipment, every stand def DVD is downsampled from HD by the movie studios so it will display on a SD TV correctly.
the whole HD on SD tv business is like trying to get colour out of a black and white TV, I read somewhere they used to sell coloured film in the 60s to suposedly give B+W tv owners the colour experience, downsampling a HD image to a SD set using a $100 DVD player is pretty much the modern equivalent.
thankyou theo…finally someone who gets the point!!!! i know it isnt full hd cos i havent got a hd tv but a converted hd file is loads clearer than a standard file. that all im saying…people who want to watch the hd file can!!!!1
nice posting matej, but why not increase your frequency of posts ?
@rich + theo
I’ll explain it nice and easy so nobody has to argue this one anymore. Theo is correct in that a HD downscaled to SD looks better than SD on an SD set. However this only holds true if the playback source is HD. This goes out the window the moment one compresses to SD resolution and uses that to play back the file. It loses all the advantages and will look worse than the SD source because the studios are using a higher bitrate source to master the DVD sold to retail. A compressed HD file of a compressed HD source further compressed down to DVD will have compromised image quality. So Mr. Rich, you are getting excited over absolutely nothing and it’s all in your head that you are getting better quality. So in terms of quality (assuming people know what they are doing):
Master Source > 1080p HDDVD/BD > 720p Re-encode > Retail DVD > DVD made from 720p Re-encode
im not trying to argue but i am right. I have just downloaded spiderman 3 720p at 6g. I used convertxtodvd to split into 5 segments( which also makes the file 4.3g cos extra space not always needed!!!) I kept the original file so i could make sure that i wasent loosin any quality and im tellin u if u use this sofware you DONT. So then i burn to dvd….. and play on my tv using a ps2. I realise that the image is NOT HD but i am certain that the image is far better than ANY dvdrip. So basically guys its up 2 u but id rather use a hd file and have far better quality……..you?
@37
ahh you didnt mention before you were comparing it to a dvd RIP, in which case obviously a 6gb encode compressed to dvd will look better than a 700mb or even 1.4gb dvd rip. Thats kinda obvious dude.
@36
Thats intresting you say a HD source on a SD screen looks nicer, I’m not going to argue with that I’ve heard people say this before but not tried it myself.
what I dont understand is why? surely the comercial dvds will have been downsampled from the source in better quality then you can get with any kind of high street downsampler.
The only explantion I can think of is that HD sources have a better more modern compression method compared to mpeg2. which I suppose would account for the improved colour people talk about.
However in that case I guess it kinda depends on how compressed the comercail dvd is, I watched a genuine SD DVD of the incredibles on my HD tv the other day and was amazed at the quality, and vibrance of the colours….
.. could it be that people have been watching DVD rips so long that theyve forgotten what kind of quality a well encoded comercial SD DVD offers?
I’d like to see that dvd played side by side with a downsampled HD version on a SD set to be convinced the whole thing isnt in peoples heads.
Man, the quality on this release is awful. So soft. Looks like an upscale of a DVD9 :-/
If I put this on to DVD will it work on my PS3?
hi rich, i downloaded the spiderman3 720p as well and used convertx to dvd to convert it into a dual layer dvd. the quality was worse than a dvd-r , so i just burnt it as a data dvd. will keep it for future when i am able to buy a blu-ray player or hd-tv. so for now, as there is no better solution, i won’t download any hd movies(no point).i don’t want to get any movie which is slightly better than dvd-rip after wasting huge bandwidth.
wow … nice squabbling guys !!!!
it seems some of you are missing the point i’ll make below, and those of you that havent, your failing to explain it !!
1.4gb dvd rip (2×700mb) - re-convereted back to DVD5 format is ok, but
6gb hd file - converted to DVD9 is going to be better, and maybe close if not better than the original SD DVD
sh1t in equals sh1t out,
the better quality file you can start with the better results you will see visually, whether it’s a HD file or not !!
@mropinion
The main reason it “can” look better is mainly due to their being more colour information. Regular DVD is 480 lines, the colour information is only 240 lines (in PAL it’s 576 and 288 respectively). A 720p encode will have 360 lines of colour information and that is the main reason why it can look better. Again, the 1080p file will have 540 lines of colour information and on a 480p set that’s more than enough.
@gunslinger
The original SD DVD uses the same HD source as the HD encodes do, so the only time a DVD9 created from a HD source is going to look better is if the Original DVD9 was bitrate starved to begin with and you have a pristine/very good HD source. With modern MPEG2 encoders it’s rarely the case. So in a nutshell I agree with what you are saying, however I don’t think that is what many people are interpreting.
Also, many of these HD rips contain higher bitrate DD tracks which need to be re-encoded to be compatible with DVD, compressing a lossy source will result in SQ that will in all likelihood be inferior to the original SD DVD which used an uncompressed source. Whether your ears will ever notice a difference is another issue altogether. Some people claim converting DD tracks on DVDS to DTS improve SQ so clearly we have beings on this earth with super-golden-turbo-nuclear-ninja ears. (or a preference for compression artefact’s)
let me straighten things out, about the whole HD downscaling to SD sets, I never meant using convertx to dvd to reduce quality, i meant playing the hd material as it is and running it through sd or component to a standard tv, it looks way better than a retail DVD that way, I have run side by side comparisons on a 48″ standard TV and the difference is very very obvious like night and day, its like hooking up a bluray or hd dvd player to a large standard TV, u’ll still get better PQ than a regular dvd even though u r not running HD output resolution, as headhurts said, colors are richer and bitrate is alot higher than retail dvds out there,
i recommend to anyone with a sizeable SD set who isnt satisfied with dvd quality and not yet ready to upgrade, u can run an s-video or component connection through a laptop and play through vlc and maintain aspect ratio, i can guarantee u’ll get better PQ that way, but the size of these rips might not be worth it though
How are you guys using convertx with the mkv. mine keeps giving me errors and i have the most up to date version??
@46 acousticsage, you need to download the previous release. There are few people who have complained about 2.2.3.258 (latest) while converting mkv files. They used the previous release 2.2.3.256 and worked for them. You might wanna give it a try.
You can visit convertX website forum to look into the details.

Sounds are NOT working with ac3filter (newest 1.46).
There’s something Really strange regarding audio-coding, this is NOT standard AC3! Everything else works as usual with sounds etc. Tested with MPClassic & CoreAVC & VLC (although VLC is _so_ slow decoding x264 it’s a joke as “decoder”
Using dualcore-cpu, no problems whatsoever with any other x264/ac3-titles. Seen maybe 40-50 so far without problems.
Any clues ?
Is this typical to Sinners “releases” ???
