The Brothers Gallagher are back with what is said to be a fairly ambitious piece of work, Dig Out Your Soul.  Turns out, in between getting into a feud with Jay-Z, they’ve made a little music too.  I can’t speak for the quality of the release, but early reviews have been very good and this should satisfy the band’s loyal fanbase.

Oasis, one of the most commercially successful rock bands in history, joins Warner Bros (for North America) for the iconic British band’s seventh studio album (produced by Dave Sardy), Dig Out Your Soul. The group’s first album since 2005’s Don’t Believe The Truth, Dig Out Your Soul marks a new sound for Oasis. Hailed as the band’s best work in a decade, Dig Out Your Soul offers a musical oasis for rock fans everywhere!

    sounds like the album before and the album before that and the album before that…I like their style but it’s not worth buying, from what I got by listening to the songs on myspace. :/

    I know “OASIS” was hailed as the next thing to the Beatles, but why do they go so far as practically copying the Beatles Sgt Pepper and the Lonely Hearts Club style Cover?
