if its anything like the 5 billion v3 releases before this one.. if u already got a regged copy u dont need any keygens or whatever… the licence from ur previous one will work. just donwload the update off winamp and stay clear of “dodgy” “virus free i promise” releases off some rapidshare links..

VLC ugly? hmm, just concentrate your eyes to the center of vlc, what you see there is called a VIDEO and THATS whats intresting.

VLC is good for older computers, indeed. Tried to watch a 720p-trailer (quicktime) on a powerbook g4… with quicktime no way, with vlc… smooth. cool that vlc is faster in decoding mov-files on a mac than apples own quicktime *lol*.

no, thanks for winamp but i’ll use foobar, vlc and EAC .

I don’t get it, what’s wif people and VLC? it’s ugly and the subs display are even uglier.

I don’t play fullscreen all the time. I want good looking & responsive player. In my case it’s = Kmplayer.

VLC are for lame-o guys who watch video on their amd K5 PC(like my friends do.)

BTW, winamp still the best player for me too, I hate modern skin though.

Winamp is great for listening to audio with plenty of DSP and visual plugins..also the ripper is very fast..you do have to do a custom install and deselect options you don’t need to reduce blot..but it’s a good all around player with a cool basic interface…also has flac support

Do you watch the movie or you watch the player playing the movie?
What the hell we need a beautiful players if we’re watching videos in full screen?
And we want a player that loads it self (and the movie) fast not a player that takes 1 minute to show up and waste a lot of resources in a skin.

P.S.: I use winamp v2 for audio, VLC for videos and CDex for rip audio CDs.
