Egypt, Italy, Greece, etc. Some of it is completely intact, but in the case of the Parthenon marbles they were literally cut out damaging them and the Parthenon. London is an awesome city! We decided to vacation there a year ago and it was really incredible to see the marbles knowing their history and detail. But then that turned to to disgust seeing their damage and total size of the collection - it's huge. I think the worst thing I saw was they ripped the whole front of a Greek temple, including the stairs, and have it on display. It was completely damaged, chopped into blocks and carted away. I'm sure at the time if they had the manpower they would have carted the whole Parthenon away.
