Nostradamus The Last Prophecy INTERNAL-RELOADED

A slightly weird release from RELOADED appeared during this night - a new adventure Nostradamus: The Last Prophecy. There’s no explanation why these guys used INTERNAL tag, but I guess they did it to beware public humiliation of releasing such a game. Seriously, their latest releases were down the hill, including few unprotected and super cheap games. The game will be available in stores in 2008 so this is probably some leaked beta version, but RELOADED claims it’s identical to the final one. If you like classic point and click adventures, this could be a game for you, otherwise wait for something more serious or continue playing Crysis…

Nostradamus - The Last Prophecy is set in 16th century Provence, in a country ravaged by religious wars and devastated by the plague. It has been three years since Catherine de Médicis’ rule as regent came to an end, but she still holds the reins of power, making her the target of repeated attacks from the French nobility. One day in March 1566, when she realises that she has fallen victim to a terrible curse, she turns to her doctor and astrologer, Michel de Nostre-Dame, better known as Nostradamus.

Unfortunately, the famous prophet is too old and weak to take on such a mission alone. Refusing to abandon his queen in her hour of need, he sends his daughter Madeleine in his place. However, there is no such thing as women astrologers, let alone women doctors in medieval times. To be accepted as such, the young woman must go in disguise and assume her younger brother’s identity, César, who is away for some time.

    Looks like a beautiful game.. I just uninstalled muder on the orient express, it gave me a headache trying to wait for the good part but it got very boring.

    The English store version of this game is delayed until some time in 2008,therefore we decided to release this download copy which is, as far as we can tell, identical to the retail version of the game.

    You guys are freaks. Seriously, Martin was bashing this game, beacause it looks completely crap, I don’t ever remember reading that he was moaning at reloaded.

    Why do some people always assume that by dissing a game, you’re dissing the people that crack it? are you guys so STUPID, you think that reloaded actually designed this game?

    This is full version of game. It’s just a US Publisher choice to launch it in 2008. French is released 2 weeks ago.

    I think “RELOADED” rls - fake because it
    1 - wasn’t pre’d anywhere.
    2 - downloadable source of rls?
    3 - homemade iso?

    It is published by Microids (http://www.microids.com).

    The game is available in Europe in french and in english.

    You can buy it in stores, or by direct download (french AND english versions available), in Kheops online store for example : http://www.kheopsstudio.fr/site/shop.php?lang=2

    So this release is prolly a release of the english european version of the game. Game wich is not yet available outside Europe and in the US for some commercial/distribution reasons.

    lol, that flame against rld was completely unnecessary… atleast some grp out there is trying to release everything they get their hands on :P because, they’re having a weak moment atm, doesn’t mean they suck… look at last year or two, they basically dominated the PC ISO scene releasing the most anticipated titles, as well as indie and lame games :P i don’t see anything wrong with trying to rls anything, they get their hands on, espeacially with the grps history of practically beating starforce, etc.

    Some of the comments that were deleted were just even if they were a bit too harsh. Part of the description doesn’t make sense…for instance, when the “reviewer” concludes that “If you like classic point and click adventures, this could be a game for you, otherwise wait for something more serious or continue playing Crysis…”, does he mean that a classic point and click adventure is de facto “less serious” (and compared to what?)? Adventures -in most cases- are intended for gamers that use their brain instead of just reflexes…that makes them a quite serious type of entertainment, don’t you think?

    I don’t know if this oen is worthy or not. I just hate it when someone decides to “review” something that is more obvious than not, that he wouldn’t have liked even the best representer of the game genre.

    Should have mentioned that the FTP server is a bit stuttery but can at times dish out the file a > 1MB/s. Probs a bit quicker than going down the torrent route.

    Just downloaded this from W-BB. It’s a good thing that these guys crack not so well known adventure games too. If you like games like “Scratches” or “Myst”, then I suggest that you give it a shot.

    Iv just dowloaded the game, followed instructions
    1. Unrar
    2. Burn the image
    3. Install the game
    4. Copy the cracked executable over from the Crack directory on the DVD to
    the installation directory
    5. Play the game

    Blah blah….

    But when i open to play it freezes right before the main menu shows.
    Is anyone having the same problem??
