Maybe instead of spending all this money on new technology Nokia should concentrate on getting this N95 I’ve got to work properly…its quite simply the worst phone I have ever owned!

wibble.. all i can say is wow… lets come out of the stone age already…

so many of you don’t understand the point of R&D… its not the fact that they’re making a cool phone. its the breakthroughs in science and technology that is the real asset. nanotechnology has endless possibilities from healthcare to energy production. get a grip and open a book or get lost in a wikipedia hole for half a day reaseraching something before you spout doomsday.

development of high performance cars for racing seems pretty pointless as well until you realize that it affects commercial vehicles way down the line.

the laser had no practical purpose when it was invented… but without it none of us would have our lovely fiber optics where we all hop on our high speed and reap the fruits of hollywood…

think outside the box is all i’m saying… and open a book and get educated.

Unrestricted technological growth for such a fundimentally unstable and stupid species is disasterous full stop, there is no such thing as a reponsible corporate entity… as for being scared..all I do is base my opinions on the past conduct of these people, they never learn so it’s not hard to see where we’re headed.

@ user.. not self replicating?… when everything bolis down to money that’s the VERY first technology that will be exploited to reduce manufacturing cost.

why be so negative about this, it didn’t take long for mobile phones to come this far so why not another 10 years and everyone will have these. we would have all forgotten about what was the normal mobile like how mobiles use to be the size of bricks and didn’t even have sms, camera and even internet photo etc etc.
Im looking forward to whats up next around the corner so why would i want to dwell on the past.

Yeah, right…

The world covered in 6 inches of grey sludge just so people can have a watch/phone..

They can’t even get a 360 to work reliably, never mind creating atom sized machinery… we’re just not mature enough as a species for stuff like this.. we’re all still so docile that they commit some of the most incompetent election fraud against us, sell off our inalienable rights to freedom and privacy to the highest bidder and we all do nothing…
