Nobel Son is a 2008 black comedy about a dysfunctional family dealing with the kidnapping of their son for ransom following the father’s winning of the Nobel Prize in Chemistry. The film features Alan Rickman as the prize-winning professor and Mary Steenburgen as his wife, with Bryan Greenberg as their kidnapped son. ARiGOLD releases a nice 1cd rip of the movie.

Black comedies don't necessarily have to be violent. For example, Harold and Maude is a classic black comedy, and there's little in the way of violence in it .

Can anyone provide a forum discussion that explains where the pirate rules came from and what they are for. "[NUKE] [oversized_737404928bytes] Get REPACK" seems to be a bit archaic. Why does a release have to fit on one (700MB) CD? I've never burned to a CD anyway. I think there should be some updating of the rules to consider the video and bit rates. Quite often the one CD format lacks in acceptable video quality and most often audio quality. I am surprised though at the excellent job some groups have achieved within these archaic rules. I do prefer 2CD releases with AC3 audio.

I really appreciate that there are some standards to promote quality of pirated material. Or at least standardize the quality. The Federation of Releasing Groups sure put their heads together on this one. I still say that the CD measuring standard is a bit archaic. Besides, CD's are more expensive than DVD's.
