No Country For Old Men READNFO DVDScr XViD-BaLD

Our comments were once again spammed with info about a new release – a dvd screener of No Country For Old Men from group BaLD. By the way, it’s a pretty stupid approach, we will delete those comments anyway as they are offtopic and you risk being banned. Just wait for the post, it will come sooner or later. Anyway, this new dvd screener from p2p source offers a way better quality than the first one from DoNE, contains zero watermarks and the image is much more colourful. As it’s one of the best movies of 2007 according to ratings, I really recommend downloading this release.

The story begins when Llewelyn Moss (Brolin) finds a pickup truck surrounded by a sentry of dead men. A load of heroin and two million dollars in cash are still in the back. When Moss takes the money, he sets off a chain reaction of catastrophic violence that not even the law – in the person of aging, disillusioned Sheriff Bell (Jones) – can contain. As Moss tries to evade his pursuers – in particular a mysterious mastermind who flips coins for human lives (Bardem) – the film simultaneously strips down the American crime drama and broadens its concerns to encompass themes as ancient as the Bible and as bloodily contemporary as this morning’s headlines.

This movie really sucked. Boring and it felt longgggg. I thought that around the middle or close to end it will get better, but NO!. Who in da hell is saying that this movie is one of the bset flicks in 2007, it was horrible. Peace!

    @ 49 – Bob

Thanks for the heads up about the Hitman R5. For some reason, people were posting that it was going to be out shortly after Christmas. We really need an official R5 calendar up here on RLSlog. That would be sweet, and would save alot of time translating Russian pages to figure out dates (which are sometimes not accurate).

Can we please have people who are posting spoilers banned? I mean 87 and 102 in particular. I’ve seen the movie but these jerks are ruining it for those who havent.

also thanks again to Tito for coming through with the goods :D

“The last quarter of the movie appears that they ran out of ideas and the ending”

It’s an exact screenplay from a novel written by a Pulitzer prize winner, you idiot. The movie will be leading all others come Oscars time.

“The anticlimactic ending was a huge disappointment”

Remember the movie isn’t called “Chase across the desert”. The sherriff explains the ending in his opening monologue.

BTW this is how you encode a DVDscreener. Who would of thought that using a proper aspect ratio instead of picking a random one would look better.

Maybe I’m weird but I didn’t like this movie much, and I like most movies I’m a movie nut so that says a lot. I think it got good ratings because of who the names were.

what is up with the threats and request for banning. this is the wild west, the oceans ran by pirates, but yet yall want rules. once again answer the person asking ? at comment 100. why and how is referring to the same movie perhaps a better quality etc… is spamming or off topic. i am so confused. what has become of rls log? where people can write a stephen king novel on dl links but someone cant say hey whats up with this other torrent found here and posted by so and so. i may just ban myself.

sincerely a big fan of rls log every since i found it.

People were saying some thing like, that bald source version has 16:9 aspect and that it was cropped from the 2.35:1 source, which was original source to 16:9,
as it was shown on the opacity image, 2:35 (done version) was in fact cropped version of bald source aspect version.
In fact it is better that you watch bald version because you will see much more above and below, because this version is a pre source..

Violence and mayhem ensue after a hunter stumbles upon some dead bodies, a stash of heroin and more
than $2 million in cash near the Rio Grande.

READNFO because DoNE already has a DVDSCREENER out but this is from a different (clean) source but
with a different AR. Ours is 16:9 where as DoNE’s was 2.35:1. See the pic in Proof folder (DoNE’s
rip is the top video frame) to see that our source isn’t just cropped from a 2.35:1 version and has
more video frame on the top and bottom when compared to DoNE’s but has a little cropped of the left
    and right edges.

Ya know, there are other, more anonymous ways to get stuff then to have your IP address broadcasted all around the internet.

    NZB’s are a godsend.

People who think the ending sucked are just simple minded dullards who need everything spelled out for them. they need the “good guy defeats bad guy everything works out in the end” type movies or they think its stupid. go back to watching die hard and chuck norris.

    January 3rd, 2008 | 19:11

I’ve gotta say, you probably shouldn’t watch this if you’re expecting a typical thriller. While it’s one of the most intense movies I’ve seen in a long time, it’s story structure and conclusion don’t fit into the mainstream. So, if you can’t handle that then don’t bother… you just won’t be able to appreciate what is possibly the best film of the year.

I just finished watching the movie. I have to say it was not boring, but very slow paced. Personally, I think it’s over-hyped. The movie is too “artsy”. You start watching the movie thinking it’s about one thing, but the ending shows that it’s not about what you think it is about. It has it’s “philosophical” and “parallel” concepts that most art movies have, but after watching it, I went “You put me through all that just to show me this?!”. The movie leads you to get emotionally attached to the wrong character.

This an art movie, not an action movie.
