Nitro 2007 LIMITED DVDRip XviD-SATIVA
Group SATIVA released a final dvdrip of a limited (opened in 74 theaters) action movie Nitro. This is something as a cheap copy of 2 Fast 2 Furious, it also deals with cars and illegal racing competitions. The acting is not exceptional, but it’s still not that bad as VoMiT’s crappy horrors - simply just another average movie. Standard 1 CD quality, but French audio with English subtitles.
Max leads a good life with Alice and their son Théo; that is until Alice is threatened with death while waiting for a heart transplant. Max promises Théo that he will save Alice, but to keep his word he must find a heart, and fast. Since time is running out and he must find a solution, Max decides to reconnect with his troubled past. His decision will change his life in ways he could never have imagined.

this is not a cheap movie and the acting are great and if you want to know the budget was big. this is not a crap movie if you don’t know movie just don’t say anything don’t write anything too. i’m from quebec and this was a big big movie and it’s more quality then the stupid 2 fast 2 furious and all american crap movie

Being myself a QCer, i didn’t enjoy this movie ,,, sound like fast and furious series which becoming redundant.
The budget was small compared on the millions of $$$$ Hollywood movies can invest but still that was a major film in here.
It’s nice to see QC release here :)…. remember we are only 7-8 millions… and we can make good movie too ,, the only problem is that they are in French and badly translated to English sometimes…

This isn’t a car movie Martin! If you want to watch a car movie this ISN’T for you. Oh and I think there is an English copy but I must check at my job first. Glad to see some things from my “Country” Québec!
This is a top notch big budget action film that tells the world “Quebec has arrived in big time cinema”. It is easily eclipsed micro-movie from Hollywood such as Pilates of the Caribou 3 , Sliderman 3, helicopter and the border of the phoenix, Dive Free or Lie Hard, even The Fat and The Furious. It has inspired many video games such as Hello 3 (Yes! It is better than Hello 3), Biolock, A$sasthin’s Breed. This will be Quebec entry to World Film Festivals such as Oscar, Golden Globe, Cannes, TIFF, and Bollywood Film Festival. If Academy Awards rejects this film, it will be the beginning of invasion USA by the great nation of Quebec. Anything less than that will be uncivilzed.
Good movie. I liked it. Some action, some comedy, some drama. Don’t expect too much and you’ll have a good time, it’s better than The fast and the furious despite the 5M$ budget. Sexy french girl in it too, Lucie Laurier, Dangerous curves ahead.

You shouldn’t let the insults get under your skin, especially based on a film. It’s not as if this film, good or bad, represents the soul of French Canada any more than a bowl of poutine. The fact of life for talented people in Canada is that when they demonstrate international level talent, they move on, whether French or English speaking. Where is Celine Dion? As much as she’s made fun of she just closed out her multi-year show in Las Vegas having made a ton of money for herself and the hotel she was at. She’s set a standard that acts like Elton John and Bette Midler are following. Dion sets a standard based on guts and talent.

Where is Cirque du Soleil? And it’s not about French. Where are Bill Shatner, Donald Sutherland, Alanis Morisette, Leonard Cohen, Shania Twain, Sarah McLachlan, and many more that I can’t think of? Years ago I read in the New York Times a review of an Australian movie. It praised the movie but then went on to insult Canada, comparing the size of Australia and Canada and their film artistry. But the fact then as it is now is that the top talent move to the top paying areas. The big leagues. Australia was more distant and the comparison with Canada was weak and the insult weaker still.
Seeing great Canadian talent like Newfoundland’s Gordon Pinsent in “The Shipping News” and the recent “Away From Her” is rare. Appreciate it, where ever you’re lucky enough to find it.
By the way, I’m old school. I remember the “pea soup” insult but I never heard of “pepper.” What’s that about? Are they mistaking you for Acadians (Cajuns)?
