It’s been a while since I posted anything! Group BaLD brings us Nims Island! I always wanted to see this movie! BaLD brought us this movie in VHS SCR quality which isn’t bad but isn’t all that good either :( . So decide for yourself by checking out the samples below.

Note: Im pretty sure BaLD stole this from p2p user STG

Quality: It’s ok for this type of format but its no DVD. Both video and audio are ok for this type of format ;)

Anything can happen on Nim’s Island, a magical place ruled by a young girl’s imagination. It is an existence that mirrors that of her favorite literary character, Alex Rover- the world’s greatest adventurer. But Alexandra, the author of the Rover books, leads a reclusive life in the big city. When Nim’s father goes missing from their island, a twist of fate brings her together with Alexandra.     ACTUALLY they did use STG’s source and it has been proven! Stuffies (STG) watermarks his releases with a “S” in a single frame of the video and it is in the releases by Bald, so they have simply used stgs release and re-encoded to scene rules.

    @ 49

    R5’s are NOT simply russian retails without extras your talking out of your ring.

    R5’s are legally produced TELECINES for Russian market to compete with the illegally produced ones, and they DO contain extras but not all, I personally have the R5 sources that the scene use for ther ripped synced versions, All contain russian menus and some conatin extras aswell, also some contain a english studio track so no LINE audio is needed ie the releases without the LINE tag are the ones with studio audio.

    PS. TELECINE is the process of transfering movie from reel digitally, all DVD’s are done in this way its just that early reel transfers (R5) do not get the extra digital work that R1’s get.

    PSS. Not all Region 5’s are telecines its just the initial early releases of movies that are then they are later released again when work is done, also not all studios release reel transfers in russia, thats why we dont see all movies on R5.

    I’m just gonna say this. It’s betta than a came or ts, and they usually have good audio (check drillbit taylor for example). People are uploading these ahead of dvdrip dates for people like myself that want to watch the film now, not in a few months. I can actually see everything and not parts of the screen missing like in cams or the sound in pieces. In conclusion, if you don’t like it then don’t download you moany little brats.

    cam’s, vhs screener’s whatever they are, they are there as an option.

    if you dont like the format then dont download it

    everyone would love a dvd rip to appear weeks before the release date of a film but it isnt possible,

    be grateful for what people do distribute, if you dont liek it dont download it
