Got free tickets to see them in a small club for Halloween many years back, and they were actually very good live, but their music is not something that I would ever pay money for.

If I hear them on the radio, I know one of my kids has changed the station, and I cringe. The band is a true testament to both brainwashing and the total decay of popular music.

The producers of American Idol, Lil Wayne, Kanye West and Nickelback are playing you for all you're worth, and laughing all the way to the bank. If that's cool with you, then give 'em your money, but don't call us idiots for naming a turd a turd. I personally don't care for sh!t.

to all you who back Nickelback: They are not a real band.

Their popularity is ARTIFICIALLY CREATED by the music industry. Their Talent has been modified by the music industry with sound algorithms that hypnotize its listeners into becoming prey: to pathetic, pretentious fake music with forced idea's and concepts.
Nevermind all the glory behind what these artist have achieved (girlfriends (hookers), cars, whatever), inside their fake smiles of decadence is bucket loads of misery at having sworn oath into being fake artists pushed by the music industry to brainwash their listeners.

Their last tour grossed $175,000,000, so they put out a quick album to cash in again. There are so few real rockers, that people will pay to see lame ones.
