For anyone who hasn’t seen this movie, don’t waste your time. It’s not a bad concept, but then entire time you’re sitting there wondering where the movie is actually going, and then it ends.

The soundtrack was good, probably the best part of the movie. Nick Cave was a great choice to score such a dark story. It’s all instrumental, some of it’s tense, some of it’s easy listening.

I watched the movie last night. The adaptation was okay, but there’s a lot of important subtle stuff from the book that didn’t make it to the screen. There were a couple changes to the overall plot that worked for the movie and still stayed true to the book. As a companion to the book, it was an okay movie and not a waste of time. As a stand-alone movie, #9 Bob’s comment is probably valid.

The book took less time to read than the wait between TOXIC’s first and second versions.

Oh my word, I’m seeing a therapist to try to forget this movie! The last thing I want is the soundtrack.

For those who haven’t seen the movie, it’s a road for sure, a road to nowhere. A depressing, grind to nothing.

Why do people like this movie? I wish I had seen the earlier sans 40 minute version.
