Yeehaw! Time to floor that gas pedal and burn some rubber :) This multi-platform release gets its first pre for owners of XBOX360 consoles. I’ve already pre-ordered PC version of this game and I’m so glad they will be bringing cops back. Most Wanted was awesome, didn’t play Carbon, but they ruined it with ProStreet, so let’s hope we won’t be let down. Jumping ahead, game number 13 of this franchise is already in development and is due next year. In the meantime, I’m sure this will keep fans of the series happy for many a month to come…

EA’s dominating racing series takes a left turn with this uniquely action-oriented entry in the franchise, where players use their driving skills honed in previous NFS games to control their vehicle in dangerous, high speeds encounters. The game features international movie star, Maggie Q, as the lead character in the big-budget live-action sequences that propel the story forward as players get behind the wheel. Undercover takes the franchise back to its roots and re-introduces break-neck cop chases, the world’s hottest cars and spectacular highway battles.

    Though I look at this game and think “Most Wanted 1.5HD,” I’m still patiently awaiting the PC release of this. :D

    I do, however, think they had something with ProStreet. Just needed better implementation. I’ve always wanted more realistic physics in these games and I think the tuning was a pretty good feature. If you change your car’s aerodynamics with body kits and wings, it really should have an effect on how your car performs (downforce vs top-speed); less braking and turning; and some damage that actually does something to the car. It makes you race more intelligently.

    Ughhh!!!
    Whats up with the Region locked games hitting the scene first!

    I have been looking forward to this game since seeing the trailers. The first NFS game I played was Carbon and I loved it. (Plus the chick was H-O-T!!!) I then played Most Wanted and hated that along with Pro Street. Looks like Undercover could be a good game.

    Now if we could get the NTSC version.
