National Treasure Book of Secret TS Xvid-ITL2.0

This isn’t exactly a scene release but the popularity of National Treasure Book of Secret (cute Diane Kruger and Nicolas Cage) and the quality of this video made me to write at least a short notice about it. Someone hidden behind the name “ITL2.0″ released this telesync which means a significant improvement from Prevail’s first telesync. This new version utilized a way better Spanish video source (almost r5-like) synced together with direct English audio. The release comes on 2 CDs with 2 channel AC3 stereo. Pretty watchable for me!

When a missing page from the diary of John Wilkes Booth surfaces, Ben’s great-great grandfather is suddenly implicated as a key conspirator in Abraham Lincoln’s death.     For some reason the adrive files provided by Tito are not working. I have pretty much all codecs possible and I used CMP, WMP, WinAMP and Nero. Also ran it through VSO’s ConvertXtoDVD (which usually accepts anything that nothing else will) and it still doesn’t work. Tried using WinRAR just in case it was what it looked like, and then removed the .001 and .002 and still no go. Anyone have the same problem or tell me what I’m doing wrong? TIA!

    Hello, I think it’s totally f*cked. First of all, the video from the adrive is huge, not like 1cd capacity. I’ve just downloaded 001 file and it seems that it’s an avi file but it doesn’t working in my movie player. Maybe it needs to be joined together (001 + 002) like in total commander or something… but if it won’t work, the problem is that the video is probably a fake.

    how to make it work:
    1. highlight all the .rar files
    2. righ click one of them
    3. click one of the extracts
    4. click extract
    5. once it finishes, there will be one .avi file.
    6. pop some popcorn.
    7. play the movie.
    8. enjoy.

    I’m having trouble with the adrive files too. The first file plays after I select “open with VLC” but the second file doesn’t play any video.

    Literally just finished watching this film. I cannot speak about the quality of this torrent, but it’s a fun film just like the first.

    It’s a rapid-paced, if far-fetched premise, with easily decipherable clues if you like history.

    If you’re not into history, it’ll still be a lot of fun.

    In fact, just like the first version. As ever, critics get it wrong — they just don’t like and rate family fare.

    As far as the Christmas-season films go, this is the most enjoyable.

    Tried HaHA solution with no success. I even right-clicked both of them once (with them both highlighted) and got the same error message from WinRAR:

    “X:\**\ntbos.ts.xvid.ITL2.0[www.thegenius.us].avi.001
    The archive is either in an unknown format or damaged.”

    Also, after a near computer lockup, it took VSO’s ConvertXtoDVD about 4 minutes to recognize the .002 file, but still failed to open the .001 one.

    Think I’m going to give up now, since the majority of the post on this one claim unnoticeable picture quality change, so not worth it.

    Oh, for the 108 comment, just look. Do you see the .avi in the file name? Make sure view filenames is on in Windows Explorer, then right click, hit rename, and then delete the .001 and .002 ending. Works fine…still awful quality…If it still isnt working, get VLC…cause Im watching it after doing just that in VLC and it is working fine…the progress bar is a little slow in loading when you move it to a new location, though. Plus, it asked me if I wanted to repair. Just hit no, and enjoy.

    I downloaded the ”DVDRIP” with Swedish Subs (Hard Subbed unfortunately) by Pitbull from the Pirate Bay, apart from the subs, I can’t fault the picture or sound – DVD Quality (well in my headphones on the VAIO anyway, if somebody’s got the time to blur out the subs we’d be laughing – sorry not mastered that yet

    I watched both Prevail’s and ITL2.0’s and my personal view is. Why do people waste time downloading someone else’s film, mess with it ie. Quality,Sound etc.. which has made the film no better, put missleading pictures of the quality, an SRT OR SMV file in there for the sub titles and then rename it saying it’s theirs. WHY. Very very pointless.

    Heh, BitLord is the torrent program for people who enjoy pain, anguish, and sorrow…

    For you, Id recommend uTorrent. After you experience torrents the way they were meant to be, you may want to change to Azureus, which has tons of features (warning, requires somewhat advanced knowledge to calibrate correctly). Most of them are useless, but somebody might like them…

    alright, i downloaded and burned this release…
    i must say that it looks much better when played on a stand alone dvd player / tv set, over watching it on your pc…

    As far as the comment about it being close to r5 quality, this is a totally bogus statement. The video isn’t even close to r5 quality. The audio isn’t direct, as there are scenes where you can actually hear the theater audience laughing, chattering, and such.

    My suggestion… If you really wanna see the movie, you CAN watch this one just to get you by… BUT… I urge you to wait for a better quality release to properly enjoy the movie.

    My apologies if i repeated someone else’s comments. I honestly didn’t feel like reading them all to find out if someone said what i had to say. Hope my words have helped someone…

    I hope RSL-LOG aren’t getting into the “need password” to unzip crap. i guess alot of you feel the same its time and energy wasting, I love RLS and think its probably one of the best torrent sites on the net for quality and reliability however now and then i have been getting “need password” on downloads

    Is it me or does this movie have a funny aspect ratio? I converted the movie with convertxtodvd and the movie comes out real skinny. It’s as if the movie is wide screen with to much black at the top and bottom

    quite possibly the WORST subtitling job I’ve ever seen. huge yellow text on top of the previous film text and all through the movie. As if it wasn’t hard enough to view as is.

    waste of time.

    Finished watching this..and if this is an R5, then I am my Aunt petunia. In short this is as far away from an R5 version as a Volkswagon is from a BMW. The picture is quite fussy and washed out. The audio goes wonky in some places and you still can see the people coming in and sitting down in the lower right part of the screen.

    Sorry, this is nothing more then a “prettied up” cam
