MythBusters Supersized Myths Special WS DSR XviD-OMiCRON

A nicety from OMiCRON once again. They bring us a 2hr (700MB) MythBusters ’supersized myths’ episode. As we can tell from the title the MythBusting team tests myths but on a very large scale. The MythBusters test more shark myths like on The Shark Week “JAWS Special“; they re-do the Jet Taxi myth except with a full size 747 engine; revisit and re-test the JATO Rocket car myth with more power; and try Waterskiing behind a cruise ship. For full outlines and results try the wikipedia on season 6 here. The quality is not so great with only a DSR but I’ll have to deal with it for now. Want to know what happened to the Impala after its rocket launch? 1,2,3

    I have a question. I don’t know if anybody can answer it or not. According to this site and several others the R5 of Invasion was supposed to be released on Tuesday and the R5 of The Kingdom was supposed to be released on Tuesday. Also, the R5 of Superbad was supposed to be released today, the 15th. Now, I know an R5 of Superbad was already released, but the quality pretty much sucks as there is missing footage and sound sync issues. Why hasn’t anybody released a Proper of Superbad yet? I’m starting to think that site of R5 releases is full of donkey poo.

    off topic. What happens to all the good movies. Wasn’t there a post back then regarding R5 release dates? Where is R5 for Invasion for 11/13? So, why suddenly now posting about these crappy shows?
    What! There’s no more movies to post, except these sh*tty stuff?

    I’m really glad that, quote “they re-do the Jet Taxi myth except with a full size 747 engine”, the first attempt they did was miserable, hopefully with a full size engine, we should see some mayhem ;) Can’t wait to watch it.
