Also, this must a new episode… I have never seen it before, and have seen every single episode recently.
That sucks and Discovery channel has those ads that said “Mythbusters are back with all new episodes Wednesday”. BLah blah blah.

Nope, definitely not a new one. I recall seeing this last season or somesuch.
Perhaps it’ll become a trend with groups releasing reruns. Let’s hope not.

I just got rick rolled again.
This episode seems to be a 45 minutes re-edit of the original 2-hour pirate special. This only includes the canon myth and the going-down-a-sail-holding-a-knife myth.
The original pirate special also included myths such as cleaning clothes with stuff you could find on a pirate ship, the eye-patch-helping-seeing-in-the-dark and such.

Thats because the other 45 minutes of the pirate special aired before that
I have seen 100% on this episode before.
yea they delayed the start of the new episodes. It’s a rerun of the pirate episode. If you go to the discovery tv web site they say this. The next new episode is suppose to the Moon Landing episode according to the web site.

Can we confirm yes watch the show it’s about pirates not viral videos, so yes CONFIRMED…Also the myth busters forum is jumping about this people are pissed really pissed about this fkup with out reason. So please update this whole post so that when the viral hour does come out we can search and get proper results.
