Here’s one more short skate video released by group SCARED: Mystery Black and White Black is the highly anticipated video from Mystery Skateboards, featuring Ryan Bobier, Jimmy Carlin, Dennis Durrant and other popular skateboarders, normally sold for $12. This release has only 28 minutes (with credits) and was already nuked for bad AR.

WTF, Why is there the SS symbol on the cover. Yes its a rune… but in Germany for example, it is illegal to display this symbol in public because it is mostly associated with the Nazis.

So what’s the deal with the “S” in the Mystery logo?
Being reminiscent of the double “S” in Kiss (the band, dumbass) I assumed that egomaniac bass-player Gene Simmons has some financial involvement with Mystery.
Turns out that it was derived from the film Detroit Rock City in which a character’s band is named Mystery and features a similar logo. Mystery solved.

@14: It’s good when you’re young and poor and broke–when I was younger I was pretty active in [sV]. It allowed me to see the videos I couldn’t afford.
Now that I’m older, I buy the videos I really loved watching when I was younger, as well as the newer videos (HAD to shell out for Yeah Right and Fully Flared). I just wish some older videos would get DVD transfers, like Photosynthesis. Dill’s part was absolutely beautiful.

Skateshops make little profit on most goods whether it be boards or videos or mounting hardware. You don’t shop at PACSUN now but you will be forced to when all core shops close from your lack of support.
