We haven’t posted an Asian movie for a while and a popular Asian group PMCG released a dvdrip of Chinese comedy My Wife is a Gambling Maestro so I’m going to write few lines about it. The movie stars TatMing Cheung and Natalie Meng in the main roles and offers a story similar to current US hit “21″, only with a romantic element. Critics were pretty strict in their reviews though and write about distasteful script and plot plus cheap performances. This 1 CD rip comes in usual quality with Chinese audio and English subtitles in external file.

Jay is a softhearted young man who is often taken advantage of by women who only want his money. One night, he saves a young girl named Yin Ying who helps him avoid these women, and soon Jay realises that she is a gambling genius – not only in mahjong but for football and horse betting, too. Only problem is she appears to be suffering from amnesia, but that does not stop them from falling in love. However, Yin Ying disappears the night before their wedding. A distraught Jay searches high and low, only to find her contending in the Asian God of Gamblers’ Competition, accompanied by her fiance, Henry.

No need to inform it to us, you download it or not ( It’s your problem not others ) how hard it’s to understand it.     One of the best movies I’ve seen for a while was Heavenly Forest (Japanese). If it wasn’t for RLSlog I wouldn’t have known about it.
    It’s good to be able to find out about some foreign language movies… variety is the spice of life. Keep it up.

    And Heavenly Forest was ghey, complete piece of crap. There was nothing, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING good about that movie. It sucked so hard, can’t even describe it.
