Murder Party Festival DVDSCR XViD-XanaX
Murder Party is the name of new horror, which is now available in a dvd screener quality thanks to group XanaX. As you can notice, there’s “festival” in the release name, so this is kind of experimental, low budget and independent movie. Although it won the Audience award at Sundance Film Festival, the whole story and acting looks rather cheap to me and I’ll be happy to pass this one. There are occasional black and white scenes during the movie and also a property of watermark at the top of the image.
It’s Halloween night in Brooklyn. Chris, a lonesome and unremarkable fellow, finds a mysterious invitation on the street and follows it to what he thinks will be a fun costume party. It turns out to be a lethal trap set by a gang of deranged hipster artists. Their plan is to lure someone to their remote warehouse base and ritually murder them as part of an extreme artistic event. It’s all to impress their wealthy and sinister guru/patron, who soon arrives with promises of grant money and his dead-eyed henchman. As the booze-and-drug-fueled night wears on, rivalries within the group flare up with violent consequences. A body count accrues and Chris must take advantage of the ensuing chaos if he’s ever to escape the warehouse and survive the night.

Seems like it might be good to me…
Comedy horror is better than horror in the low budget genre.
And a review on IMDB tells us it is supposedly decently done for its budgeting constraints.

is there a way to convert the 6 channel audio in the 1.4gb movies into 2 channel audio and also to join the two cd images into 1 and maybe compress them………..?
@13 – You sound like someone telling google that there is allready a search engine out there so why bother making another one. How many torrent sites do you use. The world would be a pretty boring place if we only had one choice. Competition is a good thing.
@rock. You can combined two avi’s into one using virtualdub and i use vdub to frameserve to cinema craft encoder. As for the audio you could probably convert the audio using either sony vegas or adobe audition.
I think the plots cool,the writer must be applauded Can somebody comment on the Quality of the movie in terms of picture sharpness is it hazy ily shot like in B budget movies

QUality of the picture is not that bad… but a bit soft.
BW scenes here and there.
But I fast forwarded a little bit into it and really does not look that bad. Laughed a little here and there.
