Adblock, Temporary Inbox Toolbar, Imagebot, Customize Google, Quick Java (to disable that crap), Flashblock (to disable that crap too), SwitchProxy
IE canÂ´t do nothing of that so why use it (canÂ´t even remember when i startet IE the last time)

Well the main reason why I’m using Firefox instead of Internet Explorer, is that Firefox follows the rules of W3C ..
And ofcource that ActiveX crap

If IE7 complies fully or “almost fully” with CSS 2.0, I’m happy because as a web developer I can start coding to standards rather that browsers.

Other that that I couldn’t care less, I use FireFox if merely because it isn’t running as an integral part of Windows. MODURALISATION, Microsoft – it’s what it’s all about!

I’m really curious for the first security comparison between final versions of IE7 and FF2.0 and I’m really not sure about winner.

There are lots of myths about Firefox and security, many people thinks that they are secure with Firefox which is so not true…

One of the most interesting aspects of the IE vs. Firefox battle is the development of the ecosystem of extensions or add-ons. Itâ€™s not just about bugs and features. Right now Firefox had a great advantage in this space but you can see Microsoft trying to catch up.

Microsoft has an interesting partner in Trailfire, a recommended download for IE7. See link:

Well all in all, some sites do require IE to be viewed so I install it with Firefox 2.0 RC3 just for the heck of it ^^

[2] Well, that’s a question. I think it’s definitly a good piece of software, as good as Firefox at least. Or is there any that FF can handle and IE can’t?

2jakub: I don’t think Firefox is the best software ever, it has a lot of issues, but still, I consider it much much better than ANY version of Internet Explorer. It’s not that long ago since it was possible to get complete control through IE bug, install various dialers, trojans, keyloggers and other stuff – all of that without user notifying anything on his side. It would be foolish to think Microsoft will allow this again, but it’s still much more vulnerable than these alternate browsers, not only because 80% or more of people on the world use it…

Well, the first exploit is nothing you should laugh at. I hope you don’t think, that Firefox is exploit and bugs free, because it really isn’t.

And it’s really not hard to add Google in the searchbox. If 15 years-old girl with pinky blog can do it, you can do it as well. Or not?
