Synopsis: The true-life story of a Harlem’s notorious Nicky Barnes, a junkie turned multimillionaire drug-lord, MR. UNTOUCHABLE takes its audience deep inside the heroin industry of the 1970s.     I snatched this earlier from good ol’ IRC! Nice speed,plenty of free slots, don’t get me wrong still use torrents, but IRC is still pretty useful, new torrents often have seeding issues. Not to mention I wanted this for a while, I didn’t even bother with the cam. Surprisingly Rlslog was late posting this rls. I found out via a forum, it wasn’t even a warez forum :/

    Interesting release, firstly, it looks like quite an intriguing documentary, although the IMDB rating probably won’t maintain its current good score, and secondly, I’ve hardly ever seen PreVail release DVDRips.

    This has nothing to do with Frank Lucas mind you. Nicky Barnes was not a small time hustler. He was actually mobbed up. He formed his own team called The Council. They ran drugs up in Harlem back in the days. I read his autobiography. It was pretty good. Sadly he snitched but he had his reasons.
    He’s pretty entertaining. Read the book, it’s very good.

    Its not the same story as american gangster although Nicky Barnes aka Mr. untouchable was featured briefly in that movie… He was played by Cuba Gooden, you may remember.. In any case, Fank lucas brought in the blue magic but Nicky truly ran the corners.. This is this recent interview with them talking over the phone ( youtube ) discussing who was a bigger player

    ReeGed, numerous non-scene rlses have been posted in the past.

    It’s always been a bit messy, no staff seem to really know what can or can’t be posted…sometimes a rls from web crackers turns up here, as well as films rlsd by torrent teams etc.

    American Gangster was a made up story, Frank Lucas was not as big as they made him out to be, this guy was the real thing, In a documentary they had on TV, both of them were being interviewed on the phone, and Nicky Barnes said Frank Lucas only had power on one street corner 116th st in Harlem, I had power up and down the east coast, and there was Frank Lucas on the other line and he did not object to what Nicky said.
