Guys from group mVs released an awesome R5 rip of extra popular Mr Bean’s Holiday. This is a really amazing release after the first bunch of crappy cams, which appeared 3 weeks ago. The image quality is superb, you won’t see a difference from a dvdrip. The audio is actually little worse, which is commented in the NFO, but it’s still good. Nevertheless, this is mostly mimic movie so you won’t have a problem with it. Don’t wait for anything and start leeching!

mVs NFO comment: Was not sure how to tag this, as the audio is from our cam, which was taken from a russian source and our own audio, which is better than most so called “direct” audio recently. So we tag without “LINE”, and as this rls is not being shown in USA until end of August, no direct audio will be available until then. Enjoy this release, we did, and we know so will you.

    don’t worry about it. i watched it and it is really fine. and mr. bean doesn’t say almost anything in this movie so it doesn’t matter anyway :)

    toleoleclassico: well this depends if you like this style of humour. i love mr. bean and consider it very funny, but there are people who can’t stand him and who think it’s all stupid. try it and you’ll see.

    okey so i finished it a minute ago and there are absolutely no problems with quality, both video and audio are top class (only credits at the end are without music). the only letdown for me was the movie itself – i was expecting little bit more, it wasn’t that funny. it looks that nothing can beat the old good bean’s stories…

    I’m sorry, but you guys must be deaf! I just checked the sample and as said the video is top notch! But the audio sounds like it was recorded in a big room (duuh, CAM audio from cinema) You can hear some details, but I would wait for a LINE or dvdrip/scr

    Absolutely nothing wrong with this release. Perfect for the normal viewer. It’s only perfectionists that could find a fault I recommend this. A dvd rip will not be much better. Thanks to rlslog for the heads up.

    Cyberlink..I totally agree the audio sounds something similar to what you say, but it’s absolutely fine for this movie, and will not detract from the normal viewers enjoyment. It’s a R5. Absolute perfection is only achieved by buying the dvd. This release is quality for the majority of our friends on here. I have dloaded the whole move and watched small parts. It’s fine.

    I’m not a perfectionist, far from it actually. But the sound is still the weak point in this release, and I just wanted to comment on that, everybody else was praising beyond sense.

    This sure is a great release… if there will be a DVDScr soon they should combine the audio of that one and the vid of this one, if the DVDScr looks worse or has watermarks. Audio isn’t too bad, come on! It’s Bean, he doesn’t say anything but oui and non! ;) I really enjoyed this movie in the cinema and I think I will enjoy it again today :)

    This don’t look like R5, more like TS or TC.
    Video 8/10
    Audio 6/10

    I think even 8 for Video is generous, but given the quality of other releases, I’ll give it that much.

    I think you guys should keep in mind that 10/10 should be DVD quality, most rating I read seem a bit hyped on the video quality.

    i just watched part of the movie, first off for mr. bean fans this is a great movie. The audio is fine, ya it sounds a lil faint but hey for a cam audio, its pretty damn good. Plus Mr. Bean hardly says anything anyway. The video is perfect. The only question i got is. If it was released in Region 5, how did they obtain the English cam audio in the first place. And if they got that why couldnt they get a direct audio (TS)???

    i saw the movie today, it was OK, just OK… just a few funny moments. I like that Mr Bean is back

    the storyline, very simple…

    Picture is great, audio is not. The loudest parts will get distorted, and otherwise it’s not the perfect audio either, there’s “enivornmental” feeling like bad s/n ratio and “spatial” sound. It’s listenable, but not perfect. Many users don’t see the difference, experienced will. Not bad, all in all, but hifi-enthusiastics should check the sample before downloading.

    Excellent . You would be crazy to miss it. Bean at his best and thoroughly entertaining movie. 9/10 and the sound isn’t as bad as some people have been saying.
