They used to do same in russia, until one day
someone wraped cd’s in acetone cloth , and burned dogs nostrals.

Police bitched for weeks, about it takes 3 years to
trane dogs, and with one accident both dogs were wiped out.

PIrated discs have a profit around the cocaine level, and the jail time is so low in comparison even if you think cocaine makes you more money it makes sense to deal twice as many and raise your risk profile because you only get a few months in jail.
