If your running firefox just get the no script add-on. It basically stops anything from running on a web site unless you want it to. Its a pain when you first get it because you have to allow all of your normal web pages but after that theres not much else to worry about. So if you do get it just allow rlslog.net and dont allow the whole page, although there might be one more thing to allow to make it so you can submit comments but other than that you should be good and you wont need any other pop up blocker
