This movie couldn’t even afford a decent looking actress to play “the hot babe”. Worse than you could imagine. Good quality video/audio though.

Someone mentioned Surf Nazis. This movie is nowhere near the quality of Troma films, as Troma films are intentionally cheap and cheesy for the sake of comedy. This movie is trying to be serious but its just bad.

Troma has a million good flicks, there most recent Poultrygeist Night of the Chicken Dead was absolutely gut busting. Classics like “The Toxic Avenger” and “Tromeo and Juliette” as also quite funny.
