Moon 2009 R5 XviD AC3-Rx

Rx Group have Re-Mastered “Moon 2009″  because previous R5 released have  some sound issues this release has improved sound quality then before.It`s a New Sci-Fi/Thriller film by Duncan Jones and rock solid performance by Sam Rockwell.

Plot: Sam Bell has a three year contract to work for Lunar Industries. For the contract’s entire duration, he is the sole employee based at their lunar station. His primary job responsibility is to harvest and periodically rocket back to Earth supplies of helium-3, the current clean and abundant fuel used on Earth. There is no direct communication link available between the lunar station and Earth, so his only direct real-time interaction is with GERTY, the intelligent computer whose function is to attend to his day to day needs. With such little human contact and all of it indirect, he feels that three years is far too long to be so isolated; he knows he is beginning to hallucinate as the end of his three years approaches. All he wants is to return to Earth to be with his wife Tess and their infant daughter Eve, who was born just prior to his leaving for this job. With two weeks to go, he gets into an accident at one of the mechanical harvesters and is rendered unconscious.

    jees not only are the comments useless but now even the submitters don’t comment on audio/video quality anymore, and of course no screencaps either!

    come on guys this place is now no better than those release press or release info sites anymore.

    Very simple question that I’m sure a lot of people want to know the answer to :

    How is the audio on this version ?

    Does it stay at the same level (unlike previous versions) ?

    Is it nice & clear through-out ?

    Answers from people who have watched the whole film would be appreciated (rather than people who have have just randomly scanned through the movie).

    Thanks !

    Hmm, useless comments you say? Funny how I can get a release nearly instantaneously thanks to great commenters uploading to Megaupload then posting here. Can’t really complain when you could have the file and figure out how good the audio is yourself in mere minutes. Seriously why isn’t someone on this site banning you? All you do is whine.

    @39/Bixy

    The guy did a good job with the audio. Quality is very good, the best so far. You can hardly hear the dub-caused inconsistencies. I’d recommend to check this version instead of the previous releases.

    Audio is amazing, best I’ve heard in an R5 for ages. The movie was great too if you like sci-fi thrillers. Get this release and enjoy!

    @Bixy and everyone asking about the audio quality.

    I have just finished watching Moon Rx (also DLed other releases but when I saw the comments about the audio I waited for a better release).
    The audio levels for Rx are normal, and the quality is pretty decent for a R5.
    The guy who have fixed the audio has done a great job.
    I must admit this one’s good but not perfect, the next best thing would be a DVDRip, so I would recommend waiting if you care for perfect audio. But for those who can’t wait to see the movie, the audio will not ruin anything, it’s very watchable.

    And by the way, the movie is fantastic! One of the best films I’ve seen so far.
    Cheers

    Surprisingly only the Prism and Vision versions are are on usenet. The Rx version doesn’t appear to been upped yet. If you want it right now then you’ll have to acquire it from other sources.

    do NOT download this release, the sound is not worth watching, it goes soft-hard-soft-hard-loud-soft all the goddamn time, like someone’s toying with the volume button, if i where you i’d wait for a later release with better sound.

    @75 cheesy
    Did we watch the same release here? The sound on this version is excellent. From what you are describing, it sounds like you watched the PrisM or first ViSiON release, before they did a second one and used Rx’s audio. I say well done and this will do fine until a DVDRip or Blu-Ray is released.
