Its not because it didn’t get viewers, its because its summer and NBC has a deal with USA to run monk and psych during the summer and whenever they need filler.

It aired on NBC a few weeks ago. Wasn’t season 7 though (of course) and it didn’t last for a very long time anyway because not enough viewers tuned in.
So you are right it still airs only on USA.
