Really hard to explain what is this game! It’s better to take a look at the homepage and the Wiki community. This tiny game is awesome, you can do everything, it have unlimited mods created by the cummunity.

You should give it a try, it’s so addictive. And i don’t give a sh** about guys who said “Buy it, it’s only 15$…” The guy already sell more than 1million copy of this game…

Description:
Minecraft is a sandbox construction game, inspired by Infiniminer, and created by Markus Persson, the founder of Mojang Specifications. The game involves players creating and destroying various types of blocks in a three dimensional environment. The player takes an avatar that can destroy or create blocks, forming fantastic structures, creations and artwork across the various multiplayer servers in multiple game modes.

Minecraft is currently in beta, available to players for €14.95 (~$20). Beta singleplayer and Beta multiplayer, when purchased, can be played in the user’s web browser, or using the downloadable client. Minecraft Classic is available to play for free. Minecraft development started around the 10th of May 2009, pre-orders for the full game started being accepted on the 13th of June 2009.

    Anyone know if this will allow cracked multiplayer servers?

    The last version that was released would allow you to run a mp server.

    For the record only about $15 million worth of sales of Minecraft have occured. Still that is a lot of money for a single developer. Oh, and the game costs about $20 now.

    First, the game have sold around 1 million copies, not a billion. Also, it’s not one guy anymore since Mojang have started an office and hired some guys so please buy this game. I got it in alpha and I play it regularly, and I haven’t even started doing MP stuff, or red ore stuff =)

    While I wont be buying or downloading this I feel urging people not to buy something if they like it a little irresponsible. People have a choice and post shouldn’t advocate not buying something if u like it

    Here we see what’s wrong with today’s mentality. Just because something sells, or sold in the past, doesn’t mean you can just rip them off.
    If you like it buy it, if not just remove it from the pc.

    well im not gonna download this because i love this game and i already bought it (i think the first money i’ve ever spent for a pc game) and im happy i’ve done it. of course you are free to download it and try how awesome it can be ;)

    Hope you like always playing alone, most MP servers won’t allow people in if they’re not authenticated.
