Microsoft Windows XP Professional SP3 Integrated June 2009 Corporate Unattended-UP2DATE

Here something for the people who haven’t yet moved on to Vista or the Windows 7 betas. UP2DATE release Microsoft Windows XP Professional SP3 Integrated June 2009 Corporate Unattended. This release does NOT require the need for Serial or Activation. Also, read NFO to see what is not included on this release.

With Windows XP Professional Edition with Service Pack 3, you get safer browsing and communication, powerful security tools, and improved experiences. Windows XP is the operating system release that unifies the Microsoft range, with all the desktop versions now built on the NT/2000 code base rather than the shakier foundation of Windows 95, 98, and Me. That makes XP a great upgrade for users of the now-obsolete 9x and Me line, but for those already on Windows 2000 Professional it is a closer call. Despite the similar name, there is no special synergy between Windows XP and Office XP, which works fine on Windows 2000.

  • Automatically keep your PC up-to-date with the latest security enhancements including the Windows Security Center, Windows Firewall.
  • Windows XP Professional provides rich, wireless network support, helping you simply and easily connect to wireless networks whether in your home, office, or out on the road.
  • Quickly set up and connect all the computers, printers, devices, and an Internet connection in your home with the all new Network Setup Wizard.
  • Encrypting File System provides an additional level of file protection from hackers and data theft by transparently encrypting files with a randomly generated key.
  • Clean, simple design of Windows XP Professional puts the features you use most often at your fingertips, helping you find them quickly.

Why in the name of J-man they had to make it unattended again? I don't like to go through the hassle of removing the .sif script and rebuilding the ISO.

@8 Attended means you get the freedom to choose the system partition and other aspects of the setup process, while in case of unattended everything is already scripted and will be done automatically.

BTW, Any good 64 bit ISO available??

    @ dersed & Johney666

If you want to remove the unattended functions of a copy of Windows you can use a program called nLite. It's most likely the same software they used to create the image in the first place.

How do I add the Chinese language pack? It asks for the install disc but that does not contain the files, then it asked for an sp3 disc i burned one then it asked for an sp2 disc.

@15 I know. I also know how to do it manually using an app like ultraISO which offers even more customisation. Just don't like the unnecessary extra hassles involved. They should have supplied the fix/Key as a rar in that ISO.

    Need a good WinXPSP2×64 ISO.

    @ 21 That's what I think sometimes,
a new OS would be the perfect place to hide some shenanigans (I don't want to use the V word lol).

To get one of the latest XP's would be nice though,
    before MS kills it off.

I guess an idea would be, to extract the ISO with IsoBuster(for example), and check the contents with an anti virus program.

Unattended is just that…unattended. u pop in the cd -n- go. Attended, u have to be there to select the language, put in the product key, etc.

    thanks for the post..appreciate it..
unattended or atteneded..you can still partition your drives and do whatever you need too..to my knowledge unattended is just after the official install starts..you don't have to put a key in and go next and time zone..etc etc..am i right?

A couple questions as I cant figure out if I want to upgrade to winxp sp3 with a clean install or ditch xp for windows 7 64 bit edition.

Did microsoft finally address the MTP problem in xp SP3?

@38 or anyone else – does windows 7 have the same annoying features like visa? by that I mean UAC constantly bugging you for confirmation if you have administrator rights, if so can it be disabled without affecting os performance like it does with vista?
And is windows 7 optimized for performance or did microsoft strictly go with eye candy over performance and they did with vista?

    I have a pretty fast machine :-
Pentium dual-core 2.5ghz 4 gigs or ram, nvidia geforce 9800 GTX+ and 1.5tb of hard disc space.
I know I'd benefit ram-wise with a 64 bit system but xp 64 bit doesn't support my wireless modem driver.

    @40

a lot of people, including myself, still use XP. a lot of businesses still use XP Pro. not everyone has tons of money to waste buying new equipment to run their business using Vista, nor are they tech savvy enough to use beta versions of Windows 7.

a business i went to on call a few days ago still uses an older HP Laserjet that XP has legacy drivers for but Vista doesn't. there aren't updated drivers on the site either, so it would've been a waste of money for them to purchase a legit copy of Vista just because "it's newer". whatever works best for the user is what they should stick with until they're in a position to replace peripherals as they go, IMO. in some cases it's just best to leave well enough alone. newer isn't always better.

  61. @58
    June 10th, 2009 | 22:38

Um, no actually. .00x files are generally split files that are made from HJSplit or something. You need to use the program to concatenate it back into one whole file.

Also, I believe 7zip multi-archived files also use a similar naming scheme, but it's completely different. You can probably unrar them with WinRar, but it's definitely not the native rar format, which are .rxx, .sxx, etc.

    Uhhhh.

No, you morons. Unattended means all the options during the graphical part are pre-filled in . You still get to choose your partition and whatnot.

The Hotfile links that Rlslog show needs a serial activation key to install. The NFO claims it does not. Any help???

After reading all the problems with the many download links, I too used the hotfile links posted by staff. No virus, burned well, but like #79 found it needed a serial key, which the nfo says it does not. Tried numerous and none worked. So another useless disc. I would recommend not downloading this but waiting for the group BIE to post their
attended integrated iso's. I have found no problems with any oof theirs.

the serial to this disk is

    CB9YB-Q73J8-RKPMH-M2WFT-P4WQJ

You can change the install method using nlite (same way this disk was created)

Did you do a CLEAN install or try to install over an existing installation? The reason I ask is because this release was intended for a clean install. Reformat. Then install from scratch. Otherwise, you may get errors or you may be prompted for a key. Many people have already installed this release successfully, so it does work.

And to those who are reporting virii in this release…wrong.

What your AV apps are detecting are the various hacktools used to make this release. Just to give you one example. There is a hack in this version of XP which keeps the OS from phoning home to Redmond for activation. Some AV apps see that as a malicious exploit…BUT IT'S NOT. In fact, the release would not work at all without it! Duh. But because some AV apps go off when they see these "virus like" behaviors, then noobs all start posting: "VIRUS! DO NOT INSTALL THIS! THE SKY IS FALLING!"

Let me be clear. There is NO virus in this release. Need proof? Here's my scan log. NOD32. Up to date virus defs.

    Scanning Log
    NOD32 version 4229 (20090709) NT

    Greetings

I just d/l 'Microsoft WindowsXP Professional SP3 Integrated Corporate Unattended' It does not seem to come with a CD key. I used 7-zip to extract the files and tried set-up and any key I try is not valid. Do I have to do something special with the *.iso file first?
