We had few Windows 7 Ultimate releases pre’d by BIE previously, CRBS group released today N version of Windows 7 Ultimate. Only difference between normal and N version of Windows are that N has ripped off IE, Windows Media Player and is sold on European market. So if you prefer it that way, feel free to download. Activation crack is included, check NFO.

    I’d say this version still contains Internet Explorer but not Media Player.
    Because XP N and Vista N had IE, but no MP. There was a planned 7 E Version without IE but we get the “ballot screen” instead.

    This release is lame. The BIE release is the best. No activation needed and is working like a charm. If you don’t want WMP or IE just uninstall it.

    Why do you even want to bother with this? The Mods already posted you a version of Win 7 Ultimate that needs no activation and it works fine. I nailed this to test it and it not only updated all my drivers on my ACER mini book, but runs like a swiss watch AND updated with all the MS updates for it including the recent ones that were just released last week!

    I may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer, but if this is freely available here; then why screw around with any other version or activation ponzi schemes?

    I am running on XP i dont think my computer is that fast but its decent, can i ran Windows7 on it or will my computer not be able to run it efficently?

    I am positively surprised by w7. This OS is magnificent! I have installed w7ultimate on my 4 years old laptop just for fun. It installed and it works faster then XP. Not that I had much crap on XP, it just runs faster then fresh copy of XP I had to install back due to scaling video issues for which I couldn’t find fix yet. Anyway, It installs faster, finds all drivers, and runs faster. The best part – this is only on 512 MB ram!!! I am not joking! It runs faster then XPsp3 on 4 year old laptop with half gig of ram. Go figure!

    sorry but i am not quite following the windows 7 scene,so i dont know much about the releases.

    if the retail version was just released sometime back, how come its been available since august? arent those the RTM ones?
    Are the OEM ones same as retail untouched? Is there any function which may be unavailable in oem?

    Ok, here is the deal. When you install Windows 7 it automatically installs IE 8 and will not only IF you tell it not to. The versions that came out before the second week of September WERE NOT RTM”S, let me repeat that for the one’s still a little slow on the uptake.. THEY WERE NOT RTM’S !!!
    According to MS’s own website, the official release of the RTM’s were the third week of September 09 to make sure that the people making cracks would have to make yet another series because the cracks made for the earlier versions would not and will not work after June of 2010. Why so many people installed the betas and claimed they were RTM’s is beyond rational thought as this site alone showed you how many different times the crackers had to come up with yet another of the new and endless cracks for it as MS started shutting down the old ones. So far one cracker (hazor) has put out over 6 different updates on his one crack, now if it was as good as people tried to claim; then why the need for the updates? I mean it should still work on everything…right? And it does not.

    So do yourself a favor and do a search on this site for Windows 7 and read the mods descript and the one that says it needs no activation…NAIL IT!!!

    Simple. Class dismissed.

    not very oftern that ppl are miss informed… this version does not have ie stripped from it. the way ms make windows it is impossible for them to remove ie. goto any windows window and type in any address and hey presto ie will open the page .
