This is additional for all of those who are not familiar with English Windows 7 release. Each version – x86 & x64 contains two DVDs with 36 languages in total.

NOTE: Those LOCALIZATIONS packs posted before are NOT languages, they are just collection of wallpapers & themes specific for each region / country. So, if you are in search for your own language for Win7, this is real deal.

    as far as you can tell?
    nfo says clearly:
    #Info: Only works with Ultimate and Enterprise#

    So 'language packs' are basically going to make the whole system (including the toolbars and everything in Windows Explorer and system tools) into the language of your choice?
    Let's say my friend can only read Chinese and I install chinese language pack on their win7 computer, it will then be all chinese and my friend can use it 100%?

    This are called Local Packs, which provide regional themes, wallpapers, etc…Not Language Packs.

    The packs that translate the interface are indeed Language Packs.

    the zh-tw is the dvd2, 127mb, grab from any of the links above, its an ISO containing only the pack you need.

    hey, the link from nicky (22) for "DVD2 x86(32bit)" is for x64. however link says x86.
