Not much to say about this one, it is what it is. NoPE released the full ultimate package of office today, it comes already updated to SP1.

    Co-signing the Blue Edition. The only problem with the Blue Edition is that it will install EVERYTHING, but that’s a minor setback as you can simply go to add/remove programs and uninstall the bits you don’t need (like Groove, useless POS)

    There is no “Blue Edition”. Its just a normal Office 2007 (like this one here!) with an automated setup. Nothing more.

    Just use this command:
    “[Path to Office 2007]\setup.exe” -admin

    Just go through this dialoge and you have you’re so called “Blue Edition”.

    It installs everything because the installer is told to do so.
    You can do updates with it because every illegal office version can download updates.

    So please could everyone stop talking about a Blue Edition which is just a product of someones fantasy?

    . you are a moron. Perhaps you have downloaded a non real Blue edition version of Office 2007. This does not mean it does not exist and you clearly have a brain the size of your name . if you think the only difference is that it is “automated” anything can autoplay if you have your cd/dvd drive set up that way. as most are by default.

    Also this one requires you to replace a .dll or something in order for it to work and a blue edition, black edition and purple edition do not. Have you worked for Microsoft for 8 years? Do you have microsoft certification or skills in programming? nah I doubt it. Trust me, you’re dead wrong here.

    As I said gee, maybe juuust maybe you have downloaded versions which are not real, true BLUE editions. It exists and thats that. I know there is one on mininova as I myself uploaded mine and hey guess what, it’s not “automated” as you seem to think they all are, and there is NO KEY whatsoever in it. I also have uploaded the purple edition as well.

    Hey, I hate to get in the middle of your argument but I have an issue. When I copied the DLL into system32, it showed to be a virus. Is this an actual virus or just a Norton being over protective?

    Yea, I can’t believe nobody has commented on that. Windows Defender caught it as well. I know sometimes those types of modified files are caught as virus files but they are really not, so now I don’t know for sure.

    You a true a dumb ass.. Automated isn’t auto-play. Automated is when the Serial/Key and the information is already stored in one of the files; hence the installation doesn’t ask you for Serial or because its AUTOMATED. The Blue edition is just that.

    When I try to install I get “officeLR.cab” file not found, what do I do? Where can I find that? Also how about the serial number, where do I find that?

    The Microsoft Office Blue Edition that every one is talking about is rubbish anyway. I downloaded it.

    Try doing an Office Genuine Advantage check when you’ve installed it here:

    Click on “Validate Office in the top right”.

    The Microsoft Office Blue Edition everyone is talking about will fail validation because it has an invalid product key.

    So quit talking about it. It’s garbage.

    Can anyone please tell me where I can find the Key the program is asking for I can't seem to locate it anywhere. Is it hidden in the info or svf file? I am new to this and don't know.

    Bunga thanks for the info. I have found now ultimate has locked itself up and won't let me change save or do anything. I have tried to uninstall and start again but it isn't working (SCREAMING NOW!!). Have a friend who might be able to help. all the links here are now blocked so who knows what I can do next.
