    Only Expression Web is targeted specifically at web designers, the other tools also help you to design WPF applications and so on… now tell me, how do you want to do that with the Adobe Mastercollection ?

    Blend which is part of Expression Studio is THE tool for programming software using Windows Presentation Foundation, the next-gen graphics API for windows application programming. Adobe offers no graphical API for windows application programming, the purpose and strenght of Actionscript lies elsewhere… WPF replaces Windows Forms in dotNET or MFC outside of dotNET…
