If an application require more ram then Vista will free some ram for it! This is how Vista is supposed to work! Why not use that extra ram? I have 3Gb of Ram and almost all my physical memory is used! Its better to use internal memory and not the harddrive! Btw: multi-core cpu's also help Vista alot!
