video quality is barely better than a cam and the audio is not so good either if you seriously think this is worth watching wait for a better copy.

Here’s the first four minutes.

It’s missing the opening sequence where we hear voice over of Tom Wilkenson’s character leaving a message on Clooney’s voice mail. He’s having a mini-breakdown.

As you hear this, the camera is panning through the ostensibly empty offices of the mega law firm around which this drama centers. Documents are being shredded by law clerks burning the midnight oil.

We track into a conference room where we discover that the law firm is in fact alive with energy. Packed to the hilt with associates and paralegals trying to jam some deal through. One of the firm’s top litigators is trying to get rid of a pesky reporter asking about the U-North deal and whether it’s settling. He hands the phone to Sydney Pollack’s character.

That’s where the movie starts on this copy, with Pollack trying to get rid of this reporter.

If the DVD comes out in early Feb, then we will see a DVD rip of this in no more than two weeks I hope, I will wait, this copy isn’t watchable. I could handle the audio and the missing first four minutes and the ar, but the frames are skippy and drag at quick movement. unwatchable.
