A fullscreen (boo 
) screener of Michael Clayton was just released an hour ago by SaGa. The reason for fullscreen would be VHS. The technology used to rip VHS that the scene grps use is very high tech, so you can expect they have extracted as much quality out of the screener tape as they could. Unless a R5 or DVDSCR without watermarks appears on the scene soon, I would get this version. The audio is analog, so not so perfect but the video is okay. Previous posts with plot details avail proper ts, ts, cam. :nuked: alert: the first 4 minutes are missing, but no official nukes came yet!

Yep according to imdb the length of the movie is 119 minutes whilst this release is 115. There are 4 minutes missing somewhere and my guess is the start since the movie starts very abruptly.

they could of cut out the credits, which could be the missing minutes
According to some posts elsewhere there are no beginning credits, no intro of any kind and the release starts off in the middle of a conversation.

Seeing all the anger spoilerman has created makes up for the missing 4 minutes in this release.
He’s not getting banned is because none of them are paying attention. This is I presume a “manual ban function” and isnt “automatic ban” So for one to gen banned, one (moderator) must see it first.

Amazing that there are 10 sets of DDlinks before the film has even been found to be missing the opening of the film. Makes me wonder if these ‘release groups’ even check the quality of their own releases much less watch the films. its a joke.

This copy is fine. Raise the highs and lows a bit and drop 600 hz and it sounds fine. I for one have been waiting for a watchable copy of this. I am about half done with it… good flick so far. The files.to links posted above are quite fast and you can download all parts at once. I had it in about 8 minutes

It’s missing the opening sequence where we hear voice over of Tom Wilkenson’s character leaving a message on Clooney’s voice mail. He’s having a mini-breakdown.
As you hear this, the camera is panning through the ostensibly empty offices of the mega law firm around which this drama centers. Documents are being shredded by law clerks burning the midnight oil.
We track into a conference room where we discover that the law firm is in fact alive with energy. Packed to the hilt with associates and paralegals trying to jam some deal through. One of the firm’s top litigators is trying to get rid of a pesky reporter asking about the U-North deal and whether it’s settling. He hands the phone to Sydney Pollack’s character.
That’s where the movie starts on this copy, with Pollack trying to get rid of this reporter.
what a shame, waited so long for this and all the groups can find is a vhs FS ??? … boo, oh well, thats life…. so you work with what you have right, and do the best release you can ….. wrong, someone dropped the ball on this ! i’ve waited this long, so i’ll wait a little longerand not spoil it by watching a bad copy

The Scene Screener releases this year have been weak. Off topic people but any no when these releases are coming down. Tyler Perrys Why did I get married, Hitman,Beuwolf, Bee Movie.
first 4 min is missing other than that this is a rather good rip for being vhs. and the critics that get vhs are local T.V station critics that are in small towns or small video stores..
once again people where quick to download a dvd screener rather than wait for Rlslog to give us the goods on it I for one was one of the people that downloaded this one without reading the comments on here because I had noticed on binsearch.info before

ive been waiting to see this movie and i dont mind full screen copies as much as most people, but ill wait for a copy thats not missing anything.
If the DVD comes out in early Feb, then we will see a DVD rip of this in no more than two weeks I hope, I will wait, this copy isn’t watchable. I could handle the audio and the missing first four minutes and the ar, but the frames are skippy and drag at quick movement. unwatchable.

A seriously bad movie. Turned it off after 30 mins.
video quality is barely better than a cam and the audio is not so good either if you seriously think this is worth watching wait for a better copy.
Would be great if someone merged these two parts, 4 mins + SAGA into 1.
